Key Responsibilities - Level 3 Practitioner
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
Deliver engaging activities and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
Provide high-quality childcare and early years education
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
Support children's social, emotional, language, and physical development
Work closely with teachers, practitioners, and parents/carers
Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development
Promote positive behaviour and consistent routines
Contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing of all children
Qualifications / Experience
The ideal Level 3 Practitioner will have:
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
Previous experience working in a nursery, pre-school, or early years setting
Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
A caring, patient, and proactive approach to childcare
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of safeguarding and child development
Essential Requirements:
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
Right to work in the UK

The Role - PPA Cover Teacher (Primary)
As a PPA Cover Teacher, you will deliver high-quality teaching across different year groups, supporting continuity of learning while class teachers complete planning, preparation, and assessment time.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Maintain high standards of teaching and classroom management
Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning
Support pupils' academic progress and social development
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and senior leaders
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Primary Teacher / PPA Cover Teacher who:
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
Has experience teaching in primary schools (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)
Is confident delivering lessons across multiple year groups
Has strong classroom management skills
Is organised, flexible, and proactive
Is committed to high-quality teaching and pupil outcomes

Requirements

Previous experience in greenkeeping, grounds maintenance, landscaping or construction is advantageous but full training will be provided.
Location: Fully on-site remote, Covering the Midlands (e.g.

Maintain a tidy, safe and efficient working environment
Support the team with drainage, landscaping and groundworks tasks across diverse projects
Requirements for the Ground Worker:
Confident, motivated and keen to learn
Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative under guidance
Willingness to travel to different UK sites and stay away from home when required
Organised, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
Full UK Driving Licence preferred, but not essential
CSCS/CPCS card holders preferred, but not essential
Previous experience in sports turf construction, landscaping, drainage or groundworks is advantageous
