JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Requirements:
Implement Infor ERPLn on new acquisitions and existing operations operating on legacy platforms.
Perform implementation and deployment processes, including Current State Analysis, Process Mapping, Future State Blueprinting, Data Model mapping, Piloting & Simulations, User training and Cutover.
Deliver, deploy, and support process maps to meet business needs across finance workstreams, including P2P and R2R.
Execute finance domain including Current State Analysis, Process Maps, Future State Blueprints, document current and future state of system processes aligning with global models.
Create finance data models and data mapping documents.
Execute migration of finance data from legacy platforms to Infor ERPLn.
Verify integrity of data imported into Infor ERPLn.
Gather and prepare Requirement Specifications for gaps in standard finance processes.
Design document and test scripts to meet gaps in standard ERP offering, and work with development teams to test software changes provided to fit gaps.
Create functional specifications for identified gaps along with test plans.
Test software changes according to test plans and Pass/Fail changes and coordinate with development teams to implement fixes.
Utilize Finance Solution Architect (FSA) to understand global process maps and train users on processes.

Minimum Requirements:

Degree, Masters or higher qualification in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
You will own the overall engine system architecture, analysis and documentation including FMECAs, radiation, reliability, mechanical, thermal, fluidic, electromagnetic, Design, Development and Verification Plan, Design Justification Document, Software Requirements Specification, Engine Test Plan etc.
Working closely with the Project Manager to help plan and organise resources.
Responsibilities
Support propulsion engine build, assembly and test development including route card build sequences and system assembly, integration, Manufacturing and Inspection Flow Charts.
Review, interpret, manage and own the spacecraft requirements then disseminate down to relevant engine subsystem or component teams.
Coordinate of top level Design, Verification and Compliance Matrix.
Internally digest key subsystem and component review documentation ensuring work is completed to required standards and all aspects of the engine system are correctly aligned.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist identifies, assesses, and resolves environmental, health, and safety concerns across multiple facilities.
Ensures compliance with all regulations and keeps track of any changes to laws and regulations that may impact the organization.

Serves as contact with all regulatory bodies.
Implements and maintains company policies, adhering to environmental regulations.
Works under the direction and guidance of the EHS Manager.
This position will support 3 manufacturing locations local to the Columbus, GA area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts EHS audits of manufacturing sites, distribution centers, R&D labs, and offices; develops, tracks, and provides guidance on corrective actions.
Authors reports for OSHA, EPA, and local regulatory agencies related to EHS compliance, as well as required annual reporting as required for environmental permits (water, air, and hazardous waste).
Conducts/facilitates required testing associated with air, water, and hazardous waste permits.
Manages environmental data reporting systems to ensure accurate data capture and compliance.
Participates in EHS reviews for equipment/ process changes.
Maintains a visible presence on the shop floor and serves as a point of contact for environmental and safety-related inquiries
Contributes to ISO 14001 program/ activities.
Ensures proper management, storage, and disposal of facility waste streams.
Participates in the development and delivery of EHS training.
Fosters a safety culture at assigned sites.
Complies with legal duties and Tremco safety policies and procedures.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing tier 3 support and assist with project delivery both remotely and on-site.

The Role of the Clinical Application Specialist
You will support the growth of a range of surgical products across surgery, gastroenterology/endoscopy, and pulmonology by delivering expert clinical training, in-field support, and driving product adoption.
Covering the South of the UK, you’ll work closely with healthcare professionals to provide demonstrations, onboarding, and commissioning of technologies.
As part of a growing Clinical Application Team, you’ll act as a key link between customers and internal teams ensuring products integrate seamlessly into clinical workflows.
You’ll gather feedback from the field and help deliver a best-in class service experience.
Provide on-site or remote training and clinical support during product implementation and post-go-live.
Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to assess workflows and ensure successful product adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, escalating to technical teams when necessary.
Gather and document user feedback and feature requests to inform product improvements.
Assist in validation and user acceptance testing of new products/features.
Participate in clinical evaluations, pilots, and go-lives across various sites.
Support sales, marketing, and service teams with clinical insights and expertise.
Engage with Key Opinion Leaders and UK reference centres in relevant market segments.
Assist in clinical and technical aspects of Tender submissions.

The Ideal Person for the Clinical Application Specialist
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (Nursing, Allied Health, Biomedical Sciences, etc.) or equivalent clinical experience
1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting or in a clinical support role with a digital health/medtech company.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and terminology.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfort with software tools and technology used in clinical environments.
Ability to process and understand key data and information from clinical studies and white papers and articulate this to clinical teams.
Pragmatic, proactive, problem-solving, and inventive approach to supporting customers in overcoming barriers to adoption of new technologies.
Experience working with consultants, academics, and Key Opinion Leaders.
Experience in advanced energy, surgery, interventional pulmonology and/or gastroenterology/electrosurgery is an advantage.
