The successful candidate will work closely with senior partners and solicitors, managing a varied case load of medical negligence claims.
The Role
You will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, liaising with clients, medical experts, and counsel, and vetting new cases.
Depending on experience, you may be entrusted with running your own caseload of clinical negligence cases under supervision.
About You
Minimum of 1 year's experience in working with medical negligence cases in a private practice setting.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support and advise clients confidently and sensitively.
Good medical knowledge to identify breaches of duty of care and provide expert advice on legal matters.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, capable of prioritising tasks effectively.

Due to the close relationship between certain areas of litigation and employment law, our client requires someone who has experience and knowledge in the field of employment law, albeit most employment law matters will be handled by the dedicated employment law team.
The firm is open minded in terms of PQE.
They will also consider someone with experience who is looking for part-time hours, or someone experienced who is full-time if they have a strong background in networking and business development and potentially some work to bring, although this is not essential. The Candidate:
The team is incredibly busy and there is plenty of work in the pipeline therefore the successful candidate must be confident in running their own caseload autonomously or with limited supervision.
