EDUCATION:
HS Diploma or GED required.
Associate degree (AAS), or Trade School Certification, or Bachelor's Degree (BS) in a related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
One to two years' Field Technical Support experience and/or training.
In place of experience, a bachelor's degree will be considered. Possess a general understanding of field-testing methods and techniques.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a valid driver's license. Active listening and attention to detail. Building and construction knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or restoration of buildings or other structures. Knowledge of product application. Responsibilities of the Residential Worker:
Experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting (including SEN or PRU schools, youth work, youth offending, children's social care - desirable as full training given)
Ensuring to help the children with their emotional, physical and developmental needs.
Display yourself as an appropriate role model
Demonstrate a positive attitude, empathy and resilience
Encourage positive life experiences for the children
Strong experience building report
Strong experience working in a team environment
Ability to communicate in a positive and open manner
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of others
