Duties of a SEN Teaching Assistant
Support the Class Teacher in the smooth and effective running of the class
Supporting pupils in their learning and development, in small groups or on a 121 basis
To help raise standards of achievement for all pupils
To encourage the social and emotional development of pupils
To help pupils to become as autonomous and as independent as possible
Supporting with Personal Care throughout the day
