Essential Functions:
Meets or exceed Stonhard's minimum activity standards for quotes and orders as set by Stonhard sales management.
Perform project manager responsibilities at the installation site and coordinate the work to be performed with an approved Stonhard installation crew/CMG (requires occasional weekend and holiday work).
Maintains accurate files and records involving Stonhard accounts through Stonhard's Salesforce CRM system.
Monitors customers' accounts receivables and is responsible for the follow-up of same.
Minimum Requirements:
Two (2) plus related experience, preferably in industrial, construction or commercial industry.
Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with Stonhard customers.
Required travel can be up to 50%/time in the field.
Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions.
Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
Must be very flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment.
A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project tasks.
Must be computer literate with experience using technology and customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com), and Microsoft 365.
You must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The Opportunity An exciting contract to perm opportunity is available for a Client Communications Specialist to join a fast-paced and evolving environment.
This role will see you take ownership of end-to-end client communications, ensuring messaging is clear, accurate, and delivered seamlessly across multiple channels.
You will play a key role not only in executing communications but also in uplifting the function, bringing fresh thinking, identifying efficiencies, and exploring new tools, platforms, and AI-driven approaches to enhance how communications are delivered.
This is a role for someone confident in their ability to own the client communications space, build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver high-quality outputs to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end delivery of client communications, from briefing through to build and deployment
Draft, edit and refine a wide range of client-facing communications across operational, product, compliance and marketing initiatives
Translate ambiguous or partially formed briefs into clear, effective messaging that drives action
Build, test and deploy campaigns using marketing automation platforms, including audience segmentation and journey management
Apply strong data discipline when managing segmentation, audience selection and contact data
Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates and communication frameworks to drive efficiency and consistency
Leverage new tools, platforms and AI to innovate and enhance the client communications function
Confidently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
What We're Looking For
Strong experience in client or customer communications, within a complex or regulated environment
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and audience segmentation
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvements and implement more efficient ways of working
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across the business
Comfortable working with ambiguity and translating broad requirements into clear outcomes
