ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a Learning and Development Lead to join a leading Pharmaceutical organisation based in the South West of the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to deliver impactful learning solutions that enhance workforce capabilities and support leadership development across our clients hub or site.
The role offers a strategic and hands-on approach, working closely with HR and operational leaders to identify skills gaps, design tailored training programmes, and support talent growth through innovative learning initiatives.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Learning and Development Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with organisational goals and workforce development needs.
- Assess training requirements through data analysis, stakeholder consultation, and capability frameworks.
- Design, deliver, and facilitate leadership and soft skills training programmes for employees at all levels.
- Partner with external providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality training content, including compliance and technical programmes.
- As the Learning and Development Lead, you will oversee LMS administration, track training metrics, and drive continuous improvement in learning offerings.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Learning and Development Lead we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
- A relevant degree, or higher level, in (i.e in HR / Education / Organisational Development / Psychology / etc).
- Proven industry experience designing and facilitating adult learning programmes using digital tools and LMS platforms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions with preference given to those who have worked in the Pharmaceutical industry.

Plan and implement lean manufacturing strategies to achieve overarching global business strategy.
Lead/coordinate lean manufacturing events/activities (i.e., kaizen/continuous improvement, value stream mapping, statistical problem solving, etc.) as required, including the planning of events and resources, training and leading teams, achieving event objectives, and documenting performance.

The Commercial HVAC Estimator/Preconstruction Manager leads the technical and commercial development of PACS projects prior to proposal issuance.
This role partners with sales, engineering, and estimating to ensure opportunities are feasible, technically sound, and aligned with Pure Air's restoration methodology.
The position serves as the internal gatekeeper for scope, budget, and risk-protecting client experience and national account integrity, particularly within healthcare and institutional programs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Position Summary: The Process Technician will be responsible for production assigned duties.
This includes but is not limited to batch and process manufacturing, compliance responsibilities, inventory control, bulk material handling, and packaging.
There are three categories for a Process Technician; C, B, & A where A is most senior and technically proficient.
In addition, Process Technician A will be required as needed to fill in for the duties of Production Supervisors.
Process Technician A will have a full understanding and ability to perform assigned tasks as well as assist Level B & C as well as Utility with their assigned task.
Specific Requirements:
Works directly with Production Supervisors, other Process Technician, Utility, and others in the safe handling of the equipment and chemical intermediates in both storage and use in production. Have good command and general working knowledge of manufacturing equipment. Comprehension of manufacturing techniques and demonstrates safety compliances Executes tasks and project responsibilities as outlined and assigned from the compliance calendar, production worklist, expected delivery report, and verbal / written instructions from Supervisors and Management.
Inventory Control through cycle counts, batch log & MUS record keeping, and filling or transferring documentation. Assists in management and development of processes and safety programs Manages inventory reduction per departmental inventory reduction strategy Participates in all environmental and safety training as required by Federal, State, County, and Local regulations as well as company policies and demonstrates compliance through work practice. Background Requirements:
