Key Responsibilities:
Present and promote Stonhard's products and services to industrial and commercial accounts, supporting Stonhard Territory Managers & Project Engineers within the region.
Manage Stonhard projects utilizing Total Project Management (TPM) guidelines.
Duties include Material Management, Scheduling, Quality Control, Safety, Change Orders, and Post Job Reports
Work closely with installation teams in the training and proper application of Stonhard projects
Qualifications:
Two or more years of related construction project management required
Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills
Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility
Computer literacy required, including experience with Microsoft 365, and CRM systems preferred (Salesforce)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Annual bonus opportunity (rookie average level) - $5,000 - $15,000
Annual bonus opportunity (veteran average level) - $15,000 - $35,000

Ensure Quality Control/Quality Management of all scope items.
Verify that all project work complies with contract documents.
Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self-perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards.
Ensure the profitability of the region by effectively managing the team and processes with the tools available including collaboration with the RBM.

Position Description: This position is responsible for performing real-time trouble shooting and repair along with general assembly and chemical plant improvements.
This position also has direct responsibilities for preventative maintenance as well as work and duties being compliant with the PSM standard.
Specific Requirements:
Works with Management, the Plant Superintendent and Production Supervisors, and technicians to schedule and conduct necessary repairs on a prioritized basis. Development and perpetuation of the prioritized maintenance schedule of repair, PM's, and new installation projects. Schedule outside contractor work, monitor their work status, complete the contractor checklists and verify cost estimates vs.
invoices. Conducts pipe work fabrication and welding. Completes maintenance and repairs on boilers, air compressors, chillers, cooling tower fans and circulation pumps, generators, as well as respective checklists. Repairs chemical hoses, reactors, tanks, lines and other miscellaneous plant equipment. Executes tasks and project responsibilities from maintenance meetings, daily updates, and compliance & PM scheduled activities does so with independent time management that may result in change of tasks planned for the workday. Provides on call and over-times support as needed in the evenings and other required times designated by management. Suggests improvements for safety and compliance.
Background Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED and 5 years' experience in maintenance field Minimum 5 years experience and demonstrated proficiency with fluid transfer pumps of hazardous chemicals, and other chemical manufacturing equipment Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs frequently and occasionally lift and move up to 75lbs

We are now looking to recruit an Inspection Coordinator to work offshore as part of the Marine Asset Integrity Reporting Team.
Responsible for offshore and ROC project preparation activities on IRM business line projects.
Primary responsibility is for the management of offshore and ROC inspection operations and reporting offshore and on-shore (when required).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.
Conceptual Phase (estimates & schedules)

Cost Estimates and schedules
Use of ebuilder for all project documentation per policy manual.
Accountable for project cost/budget variance & profitability.
Accountable for Quality Assurance.
Understanding of subcontractor agreement and corrective measures of notification to subcontractor per the executed agreement.
Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc.
Set project timelines and goals.
Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required.
Coordinate work with Program Managers, sales and service support, customer management (WTI and Tremco Roofing), and resource management.
Participate in the preventive and corrective action process with responsibility and authority to:
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality.
Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems.
Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
Verify the implementation of solutions.
Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance.
Approve Proposals for submission (i.e.
pricing, specification, scope).
Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents.
Sign-off on project billings.
Responsible for change order negotiation and approval.

Specification Development Stage:
Select the WTI Superintendent for the project.
Responsible for specification detail drawings approval.
Signing off on Specifications shall be required by the Division Manager, Construction Manager, and Tremco Sales Rep.
Pre-Bid Stage:
Conducts Pre-Bid Meeting, agenda outlines the required format of the Pre-Bid Meeting.
Document
responses from Pre-Bid Meeting minutes are documented or audio recorded and compiled into meeting minutes on the form
Receives and processes Pre-Bid Meeting Agenda and Sign-In form.
Forwards published copies to local Tremco Rep, Superintendent, Facility Contact, and Roofing Subcontractor.
Bidding Stage:
Publishes, approves, and distributes Addendum (where applicable)
Receives and reviews bids and agreements
Pre-construction Stage:
Provides established Project Schedule
Assists Superintendent in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting
Provides superintendent with necessary subcontractor information from Bid Form site-specific safety plans, certificates, etc, prior to the Pre-Construction meeting
Conducts and processes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation and distributes to all applicable parties
Construction Stage:
Daily receipt and review of Daily Inspection forms
Visits job site as necessary
Receive and review Weekly Progress Meeting Minutes; attend or be involved via conference call
Maintain the project schedule, and process updates from the superintendent
Perform site audits as appropriate
Authorize and generate Change Orders as required
Authorize subcontractor payments
Authorize Customer billing
Assist the Superintendent with any problems during construction
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $79,000 and $99,000.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
