JOB DESCRIPTION
Rust-Oleum Corporation is a worldwide leader in protective paints and coatings for both home and industry.
We offer a wide product range including decorative fashion paints, durable industrial roof repair coatings and, of course, the famous rust-fighting formula that started it all. The primary result expected from the Quality Manager will be to formulate quality control policies and control quality of laboratory and production efforts by planning, directing, and coordinating quality assurance programs.
Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
Direct product testing activities throughout production cycles. Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Oversee workers including supervisors, inspectors, or laboratory workers engaged in testing activities. Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff. Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors. Confer with marketing and sales departments to define client requirements and expectations. Create and implement inspection and testing criteria or procedures. Direct the tracking of defects, test results, or other regularly reported quality control data. Document testing procedures, methodologies, or criteria. Identify critical points in the manufacturing process and specify sampling procedures to be used at these points.

Communicate with Supervisors, peers, or subordinates: provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form or in person. Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality. Learn all manual tasks performed within the department. Perform tasks assigned using specific operating procedures, and following department specific quality control processes and procedures. Required Experience:
BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business Management. 5-7 years of management experience in manufacturing/chemical processing environment. Ability to supervise/manage diverse group of associates and managers. Significant experience with quality programs. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proven abilities to successfully drive continuous improvement, manage multiple priorities, and multitask. Ability to work well with other peer groups. Knowledge of industrial safety regulations. As our Materials Manager you will plan, direct, or coordinate the activities of buyers - purchasing materials, components & supplies to support manufacturing operation.

Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, components and supplies for paint making & bulk material deliveries.
Interview Staff and oversee staff training.
Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
Develop and implement purchasing instructions, policies, and procedures.
Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability. Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers. Prepare plant schedule for filling, polymer, batch making and bulk deliveries.
Provide year end data for environmental permits, etc. post cycle counts & investigate discrepancies exceeding corporate standards. supervise & develop materials department staff. coordinate with corporate & plant personnel to achieve monthly volume requirements. Communicate with Supervisors, peers, or subordinates: provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form or in person. Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality. Learn all manual tasks performed within the department. Perform tasks assigned using specific operating procedures, and following department specific quality control processes and procedures. Proven abilities to successfully drive continuous improvement, manage multiple priorities, and multitask. Ability to collaborate well with other peer groups. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $65,000.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
As a member of the fabrication team, the Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, producing architectural shapes, Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) wall components, and exterior panel systems.

Follows the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor. Reads fabrication drawings and tape measurements to prepare materials for assembly. Uses hand power tools to trim corners and fold panel returns. Pre-drills aluminum parts as required. Applies silicone sealant to aluminum extrusions. Attaches aluminum parts using set screws. Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications. Prepares and organizes parts for shipment. Assists with shipping and receiving. Follows all safety requirements. Cleans equipment after use and assists the team in keeping production space clean and organized. Assists with monthly inventory counts.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal educational requirement. High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience or training. Previous work in a construction, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred. Previous work in the aluminum panel or window industry is preferred.
