The Field Resource Inspector is responsible for completing documents, forms, processes and data gathering to ensure accuracy, quality and integrity in our field inspection reporting.
Documents include electronic, hard or soft copies.
This position is responsible to perform specific inspection services at the direction of the local Foreman or Supervisor.
The Field Resource Inspector will work independently or with other resources depending on the task being performed.
The Field Resource Inspector will complete and be responsible for all types of job site inspections including: TremCare, Job Site, QA and QA Plus.
The Inspection technician is responsible for daily review and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality as it relates to the performance of inspection services.
Safety is our number one priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting and project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Resource Inspection Technician is responsible for performing the inspection services.
They are to be on time and complete work scheduled.
The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication. All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources. Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems. Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review and confirm all work orders scheduled. Completion of all safety related activities using the designated tools mandated by Tremco Take photos to document phases of work performed on the job
Job Site Inspection specific: Ensure the Spec has been read and will be taken to the project location.- Job Site Inspection specific Check materials for specification compliance, material type and proper storage Walk the roof with the Foreman.

Perform Job Site Inspections as they relate to quality assurance and safety.
Perform detailed roof inspections to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and/or concerns. Work with local WTI Field Representatives and/or Supervisors as required or necessary. Provide accurate and timely documentation to ensure that all work is completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services and materials. Direct WTI field resources in fact-finding/troubleshooting field issues, including documentation of conditions, preparing scope of work, receiving and reviewing labor quotes if applicable, etc.

If leak calls have required multiple visits by WTI, go to the job site to review conditions and determine the possible cause.
In cases where multiple visits have been required for leaks, going out directly to review what issues are. Ability to review potential warranty issues by visiting the job site to see what issues are, communicate with the sales force and warrant group as necessary on the best course of action.
Direct the sales rep to contact the product group help desk email after the initial investigation if necessary for further warranty review. Stay abreast of best practices and ensure continual education for the team and reps. Identify areas for improvement in internal processes or system deficiencies and implement effective or possible solutions to meet changing needs and requirements. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
The foreman also ensures that all technicians complete the Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.

Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
Monitor and manage the Field Reps.
Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and training.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.

Your Role as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer Will Include:
Performing scheduled electrical maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
Fault-finding and troubleshooting on Siemens PLCs to minimize downtime and maintain productivity
Conducting repairs on electrical systems and assisting with mechanical tasks as needed
Nights: 10 pm - 6 am (Sunday - Thursday) Afternoons: 2 pm - 10 pm (Monday - Friday) Mornings: 6 am - 2 pm (Monday - Friday)
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, You Will Need to Have:
A strong background in electrical maintenance, with some experience in mechanical systems
Experience wiring control panels and interpreting electrical schematics
City & Guilds level 3, NVQ Level 3 or relevant experience

The primary focus of this role is to assist the Transport Manager in delivering optimum fleet efficiency, by managing day to day driver, vehicle and trailer issues as well as scheduling and organizing fleet maintenance.
Essentials to be considered for this Transport Supervisor position:
- Level 3 National (or International) Transport Managers Certificate of Professional Competence
- Class 1 Driving Licence
- Full clean Driving Licence
- CPC Licence
Duties for the Successful Transport Supervisor:
- Deal with any issues that arise effecting fleet or drivers
- Organise and schedule fleet service vehicles and trailers, repairs, MOT
- Support and develop internal and external procedures
- Ensure you are always aware and on top of existing, proposed, and forthcoming changes to legislation and best practice
