Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join a leading company in the London area.
As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operational delivery of pest control products.
This includes managing all aspects of procurement, production, inventory, logistics, supplier relationships, and fulfilment to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Your duties as the Supply Chain Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1.
Manage relationships with external manufacturers, co-packers, and component suppliers, ensuring production schedules align with product timelines and quality assurance procedures are monitored.
2.
Source and maintain relationships with key suppliers, including contract negotiation, onboarding, and performance management, while ensuring timely procurement of components, packaging materials, and finished goods.
3.
Oversee inventory levels across production and storage sites, coordinate warehousing, shipping, and last-mile logistics, and identify improvements to reduce waste and inefficiencies.
4.
Work with Commercial and Finance teams to develop demand forecasts, build dashboards and reporting to monitor supply chain performance, and support the transition from small-batch operations to scalable production and fulfilment.
Role Requirements
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Supply Chain Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1.
Relevant degree in a related field.
2.
Proven industry experience in supply chain, production, or operations management, ideally in a startup, FMCG, healthtech, or regulated consumer product environment.
3.
A working knowledge and practical experience with inventory systems, supplier negotiation, and production scheduling.

Senior Buyer
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Buyer / Procurement Manager / Sourcing Manager to join a thriving and dynamic team within a leading pan-European business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a procurement professional to play a key role in managing supplier relationships, negotiating favourable terms, sourcing new products and suppliers, and overseeing inbound transport suppliers, all while ensuring the business remains competitive in the marketplace.
Location: Shrewsbury, Telford, Wem, Church Stretton, Newport, Market Drayton
Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum + Bonus + Pension + 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays, totalling 32 days) + Employee Assistance Programme + Free On-Site Parking + 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Sourcing & Management: Identify, source, and onboard new products and suppliers to meet business needs and evolving market demands.
Supplier Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with the Procurement Director to cultivate and maintain strong supplier partnerships, ensuring reliable and efficient supply chains.
Contract Negotiations: Lead the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure optimal deals.
Cost Analysis: Conduct comprehensive pricing analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure competitive pricing across all procurement activities.
Inbound Transport Management: Oversee inbound transport suppliers, managing relationships, performance, and pricing to ensure business competitiveness and operational efficiency.
Market & Commodity Monitoring: Track and analyse market trends and commodity prices, using data to inform purchasing decisions.
Cost Reduction & Efficiency Improvements: Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and drive improvements in procurement processes.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and other key departments to ensure procurement strategies align with the overall business objectives.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a Senior Buyer, Procurement Manager, or Sourcing Manager role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.
Ideally a high proficiency in procurement software and tools.
In-depth knowledge of market trends and commodity pricing, particularly within a pan-European context.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and results-driven approach to procurement and cost management.

The Role
We are looking for a number of Retail Stock Replenishment Assistant's to add to our already successful team.
Work will be carried out in a variety of retail stores, travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
Having your own vehicle would be advantageous.
You will be working as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.
You will need to work at a fast pace and to a high standard our clients expect.
Duties will include the following:
De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning the fixture where required.
Reprofiling the fixture where necessary to ensure each product is shoppable for the customer.
Transporting stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
Supporting the store where necessary with replenishment.
Shifts are between 10-12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights).
Access to the work available will be on your smartphone, via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.
Travelling maybe involved when local work is not available.
Accommodation will be provided when required to stay away from home.

An eye for detail.
General level of fitness as manual handling and lifting will be involved.
Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
Previous experience in retail, although training will be provided.

Key will be optimising brand and product visibility whilst enthusiastically delivering sales support via trade workouts to the Independent Automotive Aftermarket, including Motor Factors, ITG Buying Group members, Automotive Workshops & general Automotive Aftermarket distributors and Aftermarket retailers.

Good level of PC literacy, particularly with Microsoft packages including Excel and Power Point.
Excellent people handling skills with the ability to chat and deliver product training to mechanics, parts people and distributor sales staff at all levels.
Highly organised with solid work ethic approaching tasks tenaciously.
Flexible to travel covering an expansive region / territory and overnight as required.
Smart in appearance, punctual able to create excellent 1st impressions.
Ambitious and keen to work with a global player within the Automotive Aftermarket.
