About the Role As Head of Fundraising, you will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including Retail, Marketing, and Clinical, as well as external stakeholders and supporters.
Deliver inspiring stewardship plans, data-driven donor strategies, and innovative fundraising initiatives to increase supporter engagement and retention.
Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and performance metrics, ensuring fundraising activities align with Weldmar's goals.

Summarize/aggregate statistical forecasts. Maintain demand planning system and software, enter and modify data, and ensure the accuracy of all relevant demand planning data (including but not limited to APO systems master data).

Mine and summarize data for forecasting and supply chain management communication. Optimize inventory levels in line with targets while minimizing excess waste and costs, conducting regular stock checks to maintain MRP system accuracy.
Collaborate closely with the Supply Planner to communicate potential schedule changes and address supply chain constraints.
Identify and escalate risks related to supplied parts within the sales and operations process.
Work with Goods Receiving, Stores, and Dispatch teams to manage inventory levels, resolve issues, ensure MRP system accuracy, and complete all required paperwork for logistics transactions.
Support effective management of non-conformance issues.
Maintain the manufacturing bill of materials and strategy by keeping master data updated.
Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for schedule adherence, inventory levels, and delivery through effective planning.
Skills and Experience Required:
Experience in manufacturing planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
APICS supply chain certification is desirable but not required.
Familiarity with SAP is beneficial.
