JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems
Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)
Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices.
Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.
Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs.
Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems (flat, metal, TPO, EPDM, etc.).
Apply waterproofing sealants and coatings to roofs, flashings, and other surfaces.
Apply painting of roofing components, trim, or other structural elements as required.
Identify and repair leaks or damaged areas on commercial roofs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees.
Job Requirements:
Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred
Reliable form of transportation
Acceptable background check per company standards
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physicalThe hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $23.00 and $29.00.

SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Vice President of Demand Generation and Communications is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
This role ensures brand consistency and oversees the creation and delivery of messaging to effectively reach target audiences.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral, execute media campaigns, and monitor the effectiveness of communication initiatives to achieve tactical and strategic objectives.
Additionally, they will manage the marketing budget to deliver an optimal return on marketing investments, as well as manage the work efforts of managers/individual contributors with responsibility for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Strategic Planning:Develop and lead all brand and demand generation marketing activities, building an enterprise marketing program aligned with organizational growth strategies.
Campaign Development:Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, monitor performance, analyze data, make necessary adjustments to optimize results, develop and manage campaign budgets, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns' return on investment.
Public Relations (PR):Develop and evolve a comprehensive brand positioning strategy; recommend, implement, and manage brand identity, brand architecture, and naming systems across the services portfolio.
Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone of voice, and visual elements.
Communications:Oversee the creation, development, and implementation of integrated marketing communications programs to drive brand awareness, reputation, preference, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, including promotional campaigns, marketing events, and digital marketing.

QUALFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
7-10 years of proven experience in demand generation, communications, marketing, or related roles and five years of management responsibility.
Strong understanding of marketing platforms (e.g., Brand Watch, Marketo, Pardot).
Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media advertising, content marketing, SEO, and PPC.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make insight-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and driving results.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities and recommending and implementing change.
Experience in home improvement is a plus.

Role Overview
We are currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well established life sciences organisation based in the Edinburgh area.
As the Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will join a small team of in-house engineers and carry out both planned and reactive maintenance in an efficient and timely manner in a number of buildings including offices, laboratories and other research facilities.
You will also be required to carry out any maintenance and repairs to plant and equipment.
Please note you will be participating in an On Call rota with the other engineers to provide 24/7 cover to the entire park. On call fee paid plus overtime for call outs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Your duties as the Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1.
Carrying out pre-planned electrical maintenance at various intervals on electrical plant and equipment as required.
2.
Carrying out repairs to the above systems in a safe and timely manner to allow work to continue as soon as possible.
3. In-service inspections and testing of electrical equipment, including fixed
equipment to current codes of practice.
4. Periodic inspection and testing of building fixed wiring to comply with BS
7671 18th Edition as required.
5.
Liaise with the user to ensure that the work is properly scheduled and is safe to work on,
Role Requirements
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Electrical Maintenance Engineer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1.
Completed electrical apprenticeship or qualification in electrical engineering as well as having a current grade card is essential for this role.
2.
Working within a maintenance environment, experience of repairs on heating and ventilation systems and experience in PPM maintenance would be highly advantageous.
3.
Knowledge of BS 7671 18th Edition Standards and awareness of Electricity at Work Regulations and Code of Practice for Inspection of Electrical equipment. ....Read more...
