GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Office Administrator is accountable and responsible for basic customer service, accounts payable, financial reporting, and general site administration and coordination as needed.
This position has no direct reports and will report to the Controller.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: List the job's essential functions or key responsibilities from most important or time-consuming to least (daily, weekly, monthly, annually or another regular/irregular interval)
Performs basic accounting/bookkeeping duties including data entry into Quickbooks software, managing accounts payables, vendor set up and management, check runs & ACH payment creation.
Manage order entry & entering quotes into systems as needed.
Provide invoices to customers.
Assist with shipping administration as needed.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, reporting and tracking as required.
Answers & directs phone calls, greets onsite visitors.
Open, sort & distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes & email.
File & retrieve corporate/divisional documents, personnel records & reports.
Available as backup for purchasing as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)required, some college education a plus. A minimum of three years experience in bookkeeping and general office administration.
Must have a minimum of three years experience with reporting and regular and rigid close schedules. Requires strong working and operational knowledge of Quickbooks and US GAAP accounting principles. Cost accounting experience is a plus.

Literate in use of accounting, word processing, database & spreadsheet software.
Performg day-to-day clerical & administrative tasks such as maintaining information files & processing paperwork in a proactive manner.

Tremco Field Safety Engineer
General Purpose:
Under the direction of the Assistant Safety Director, the Field Safety Engineer will be responsible for providing support and safety oversight to regional Roofing and Weatherproofing Technologies field employees (including but not limited to Sales, Roofing Advisors, CSS, Field Resource Representatives, and leadership), ensuring site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, as well as ensuring site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
This position will provide supervision and coordination of the day-to-day safety requirements of jobsites.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide support to projects by maintaining a visible presence and conducting site visits to perform safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)
*this should take place at least 80% of the week
* Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner and Tremco regulations throughout all Roofing regional projects. Assist site leadership to develop site-specific safety programs aligned with Tremco Field Services Safety policies and instruct supervisors on safety procedures, planning and equipment. Assist Regional Field Safety Managers with rolling out new safety initiatives and briefing employees as needed on new policies, or changes in existing policies, to keep current (e.g., Daily Task Planning, 100% audit compliance, safety training programs) Educate the workforce and regional leadership on understanding Tremco's safety cultural advancements, such as safety leadership and safety management systems. Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of Tremco Health and Safety programs in the field, to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met. Participate with and/or conduct Toolbox Talk Meetings with Regional team employees. Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance. Effectively represent our Tremco safety culture with our subcontractors and help Tremco site leadership to ensure complete compliance of our subcontractors to applicable rules and regulations (Federal, State, local, owner, Tremco and their own). Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure safety practices and policies are being adhered to effectively. As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with Assistant Safety Director and prepare observation reports as needed. Regularly audit the Site-Specific Safety and Health Plans for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions. Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy. Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field. Must adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Occupational Health & Safety preferred) or 5+ Years of Construction experience with high school diploma. Minimum of two years of construction safety field experience required. OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required. Knowledge of the 1926 OSHA Regulations. Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit a Daily Task Analysis for Employees and Subcontractors. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
In this role, the FOM will oversee $30 Million+ in annual self-performed revenue.

Leadership and coaching of their respective Foremen/teams.

Experience in an influential role where extraordinary results were achieved through accountability and leading others to achieve and maintain a high standard of performance. Proven experience with setting strategy and establishing plans for business growth. Prior experience working between multiple departments that support regional compliance and profitability. The WTI Commercial Façade Foreman is responsible for the oversite and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI Commercial Building Envelope business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively administers and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
This includes responsibility for conducting safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including: Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with all onsite project personnel (Sales Rep, Customer, WTI Supt & Crew, Etc) Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable. Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer prior to arrival, upon arrival, and upon completion of daily work WTI Supervisor on safety, schedule changes, project and crew updates, etc.
Efficient project management to include managing crew start and end times, production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to safely and efficiently completing the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope or work, design, and specification of contract and engineering documents.
Complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be included in daily project status reports.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily.
Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas.
This responsibility includes job start-up, job execution in accordance with contract specifications, job shutdown, and manpower scheduling, all consistent with the planned costs of the job. Manages field personnel, including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and retaining the quality and number of production personnel needed to meet operating demands.
This responsibility also includes laying off personnel, disciplinary action, employee assistance, and handling union matters relative to employees.
Ensure that all WTI Field Labor will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. Responsible for the tracking and monitoring project inventory. Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting positive image. Has knowledge/understanding and assures assigned projects comply with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e., OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, Wage and Hour, etc. Manage, monitor, and document performance of WTI Commercial Field Labor and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Commercial Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Contributes to operations by supplying accurate and timely job information, including daily job logs, job file documentation, and compiling information for billing the customer. Provides management with earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. Accepts responsibility for the care, custody, and purchasing of company equipment, material, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Supervisor. Trains employees in proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage. Coordinates and monitors performance of on-site subcontractors, where appropriate. Compile and evaluate market-based and event-driven data to create demand forecasts. Assists with making inventory decisions, including quantity, location, and quality of inventory. Identifies significant and/or critical supply-demand imbalances, communicates with business leaders allowing for proactive resolutions.
Analyze internal demand information and demand & delivery performance through statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making tools. Gather, analyze, and validate data.
Execute APO statistical modeling software.
Apply error analysis techniques to improve forecasting and recommend adjustments for operational forecasts.
Summarize/aggregate statistical forecasts. Maintain demand planning system and software, enter and modify data, and ensure the accuracy of all relevant demand planning data (including but not limited to APO systems master data).
Work with internal customers such as sales, product marketing, finance, brand management, and customer marketing to collaborate on forecast recommendations. Mine and summarize data for forecasting and supply chain management communication. Understand how sales trends, promotional activity, and shipment patterns will affect demand and make appropriate adjustments to forecasts. Manage and track key forecasting metrics. Backup Demand Planning Manager as needed (may include leading forecasting meetings and/or providing data to senior management as requested.) Perform other supply chain functions, as necessary.
Example, network modeling, and analysis with optimization software.

Ability to lead, manage and develop local field sales representatives through coaching and mentoring.

Financial management (to include analyzing market data and developing sales plans), and organizational skills required.

The Process Engineer will manage and commercialize new processes developed by the Research and Development department into full scale production within the Tremco Corsicana plant.
The Process Engineer will determine which equipment in the plant is most suited to make new products and what modifications may be necessary for such production to successfully occur. Over the next two years, the Tremco Corsicana facility will design, construct, and commission a new reactor.
This new major plant expansion will introduce new production capabilities to the Corsicana facility and is expected to serve as a model project for further plant modernization efforts.
The employee filling this role will lead this expansion project all the way through the commissioning and scaleup phases. In addition to supporting new products and plant expansions, this individual will also manage and optimize existing processes throughout the plant with the goals of maximizing yield and minimizing batch cycle times. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: Safety The Process Engineer will actively participate in process safety reviews, and process hazards analysis as the technical representative. Must understand the hazards of the raw materials, processes, and products in order to develop a safe manufacturing process. Subject matter expert in wide range of chemical plant processes and systems.
Perform safety vent calculations for process upset conditions. Determine the correct control systems and interlocks to safely operate the process. Participate in plantwide process safety programs. LEAN Culture Use knowledge of existing processes to propose process modifications which will reduce waste. The Process Engineer, will be the technical consultant to the plant continuous improvement team. Understand the principle and philosophy behind the implementation of a LEAN culture. Product Quality Provide process knowledge to quality control department in order to troubleshoot quality issues. General Purpose of Job:
The QA Technical Service Rep is responsible for the timely delivery of services related to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). JOB DESCRIPTION
The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within the region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required.
The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep including: OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Rood Systems. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor and document performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work related issues.
Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel.
Ensure that all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information. Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including: expense management monthly sales projections Field Tech time management status reports bidding jobs with reps large job sign offs, project documentation, etc. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Vice President of WTI General Services.

General Purpose of the Job:
WTI has established a Safety Solutions Team as a revenue-generating team within WTI designed to expand and create new rooftop opportunities for safety inspections, installations, and overall property owner reassurance for OSHA/ANSI compliance, supporting both Tremco Roofing and WTI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).
Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Integrate safety into the roofing traditional sale process, WTI GC and GS sale processes. Evaluate and develop qualified leads and inspection assessments/reports for OSHA compliance to support the roofing sales representatives with the most current, up-to-date product selection, pricing, and installation processes. Provide product quotes for property owners, sales representatives, Tremco contractors, WTI construction/project managers, WTI field management, or any others as directed. Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.

Establish metrics and benchmark data, develop reports for specific programs and initiatives, and report outcomes to employees, stakeholders, and outside partners. Create and maintain a database of outreach contacts to foster and develop collaborative partnerships. Visit property owner/management customer locations and assess their rooftop safety needs, schedule inspections/assessments, provide fall protection presentations, or any other on-site activities as directed. Coordinate assessments, engineering assessments, training, and/or fall hazard risk inspections with outside partners. Prepare estimates using the electronic tools provided (i.e., spreadsheets, apps, etc.). Develop relationships with regional teams including but not limited to, sales reps, CSS, program managers, regional business managers, field supervisors, and field technicians. Develop processes and protocols for engaging sales representatives, customers, and contractors in alignment with regional and company objectives. Proactively identify potential barriers to participant success and work within WTI and outside agencies to deliver solutions. Provide excellent customer service to employees and outside partners. Meet deadlines for all reports, data, publications, and quotes requests. Travel as needed to visit customer locations and projects for project review, QC, customer presentations, quotes, and any other visit needed to promote or support the team.
