As a Part Time Classroom Cover Teacher, you will be expected to:
Cover Year 6 for two mornings, and Year 5 and Year 1 for two afternoons.
Deliver lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum.
Maintain consistent relationships with parents surrounding their academic progression.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Assess students' work regularly using formative and summative methods.
The ideal candidate for the Part Time Classroom Cover Teacher role will have:
Proven teaching experience in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, particularly in Years 6, 5 and 1.
Recent classroom teaching / supporting experience within a primary school setting
A strong work ethic who is willing to commit until the end of the academic year
UK recognized Teaching Qualification with QTS
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service

Ideally possess a mentorship certificate, which suggests that the candidate should be capable of supervising or mentoring junior staff or students.
Have recent experience within a senior role either scrub, recovery, or anaesthetics, indicating expertise in perioperative care.
