Teach Plus are avidly seeking experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work on a Supply Teaching Assistant basis.
This would be in a variety of schools across West London (Lambeth, Sutton, Merton, Wandsworth, & Richmond).
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work on a casual and flexible basis, choosing when and where you work.
Being a Supply Teaching Assistant is a great way to gain experience in schools, work with children of all ages and backgrounds and something rewarding / positive to add to your CV.
You will of course also earn some money while doing the above!
Being a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Class Teacher, aiding with lesson planning and any preparation required.
Additionally, you are likely to provide one-to-one support to students who may require additional support with their learning.
Your role will be integral to the success of the classroom, and you will play a key role in helping students to reach their full potential.

As a KS2 Class Teacher you will be required to:
Take on full KS2 Class Teacher responsibilities, including planning, preparation, marking and assessments
Plan and deliver lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
Maintain consistent relationships with parents surrounding their academic progression
Attend meetings and INSET days to further support the internal development of the school
The ideal candidate for the KS2 Class Teacher role will have:
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
Recent KS2 experience, either within student placements or responsible for your own class
A strong work ethic who is willing to commit until the end of the academic year
UK recognized Teaching Qualification with QTS
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
Right to work in the UK
