Expertise in SAP implementation methodologies and tools.
Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into system specifications.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in leading teams and fostering collaboration with onshore and offshore resources.

Essential skills & experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales administration role, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, at all levels
- Working knowledge of ERP and/or CRM systems
