JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors.
Additional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
The Construction Manager is responsible for sales and service support, field resources, and customer management communication as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.
Conceptual Phase (estimates & schedules) Program Planning Phase Design Phase Conduct Prebid Construction Phase Conduct Pre-construction Effective Close-out Cost Estimates and schedules Use of ebuilder for all project documentation per policy manual. Accountable for project cost/budget variance & profitability. Accountable for Quality Assurance. Understanding of subcontractor agreement and corrective measures of notification to subcontractor per the executed agreement.
Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc. Set project timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required. Coordinate work with Program Managers, sales and service support, customer management (WTI and Tremco Roofing), and resource management. Participate in the preventive and corrective action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e.
pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Sign-off on project billings. Responsible for change order negotiation and approval.

Construction Stage:
Daily receipt and review of Daily Inspection forms Visits job site as necessary Receive and review Weekly Progress Meeting Minutes; attend or be involved via conference call Maintain the project schedule, and process updates from the superintendent Perform site audits as appropriate Authorize and generate Change Orders as required Authorize subcontractor payments Authorize Customer billing Assist the Superintendent with any problems during construction The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $79,000 and $99,000.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

Objective: The Technical Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, robust Quality Assurance (QA) and Control (QC), compliance with regional regulations, support of customers/field initiatives, and effective operations of the laboratory and teams.
This capability is required for Kop-Coat core segments in Wood Preservation and Farm & Forest.
This leadership role is aligned with market, customer, industry, and business objectives.
The incumbent is expected to interact with customer/industry stakeholders to understand and perform to evolving requirements.
Essential Functions
Technical Leadership: Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across formulations, QA/QC, field technical support, and regulatory compliance.
Supervise all laboratory operations, ensuring accurate, efficient, compliant testing and reporting of raw materials and finished goods. Contribute, maintain, and manage product project priorities to ensure deadlines are met. Ensure all lab activities and products comply with relevant legal regulations and standards (e.g., EPA, EHS, ACVM, APVMA, MPI, HSNO) and other relevant frameworks.
Manage technical aspects of product development from formulation, scale-up, final product testing, and commercialization to drive process improvements, troubleshooting, and manufacturing excellence. Investigate customer/sales factors to optimize formula design and other technical elements, including but not limited to integration with field trial activities (primarily, not exclusively for established portfolios). Continuous development of CSC capabilities (personnel, facility, etc.).
Reporting & Communication: Set and track quality and technical performance KPIs, report results, risks, and improvement plan. Coordinate technical documentation, validation protocols, and reports as requested.
Communicate effectively across departments and with key stakeholders. Establish, communicate, and update quarterly team member responsibilities and goals. Establish collaborative leadership relationships within RPM businesses.
Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Contribute to the development of profitable platforms across all segments/markets. Develop knowledge and educate staff on analytical chemistry, formulation science, method development, stability, and compliance standards. Up-to-date knowledge of technical advances in field application techniques, product delivery systems, and quality control innovations. Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices with functional teams.

Purchasing
When needed, negotiate and monitor formal supplier agreements and other purchase and supply contracts. Leverage corporate wide spending to support "lowest cost of ownership and highest value" by reviewing and analyzing company procurement practices, developing suppliers, and working collaboratively with other departments in the company. Train and coach purchasing department in new systems, practices, and approaches to procurement. Work in cooperation with the Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing and QA Departments to develop a robust supply chain for new and existing products. Conduct formal requests for quote, tabulate, review and compare bids with specifications to verify conformance; consider the quality of items, services and abilities of the supplier in terms of company needs. Evaluate, monitor, select and revise the supplier base based on price, quality, service/support, warranty, and reliability. Develop monthly reports and measures on purchasing activities.
Minimum Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, certification and/or licensure required.
An equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the essential duties and meet the necessary employment standards may be considered.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree required. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering or related field preferred. 10 years of procurement, supply chain or related experience required. Previous experience in overseas procurement supply chain management preferred.
Prior experience with vendor negotiation and managing complex supplier relationships in a regulated environment, strongly preferred.
Knowledge of contract management and legal compliance (e.g pricing agreements, terms of service), preferred. Experience with ERP systems required.
Certifications
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred.

The General Contracting (GC) Manager oversees and manages all aspects of the General Contracting business (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.) within the assigned region.

The Quality Control Specialist educates WTI personnel on the proper use and application of products, providing installation training both on and off the roof.
They oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish, conducting intermittent inspections and performing post-completion inspections of smaller projects.
The QCS will conduct regular job site visits during the project and after project completion.
The goal is to provide consistency nationwide through proper roof repairs and the application of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work. Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in both field and shop settings. Provide hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Attend pre-cons on large projects.
Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work.
Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the project has a zero-punch list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support, including but not limited to: Peel tests Product testing Product recommendations Proper product installations Post project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble due to misuse of products in the situation. Conduct roof inspections, providing written reports and photo documentation. The Quality Control Specialist educates WTI personnel on the proper use and application of products, providing installation training both on and off the roof.
They oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish, conducting intermittent inspections and performing post-completion inspections of smaller projects.
The QCS will conduct regular job site visits during the project and after project completion.
The goal is to provide consistency nationwide through proper roof repairs and the application of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work. Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in both field and shop settings. Provide hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Attend pre-cons on large projects.
Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work.
Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the project has a zero-punch list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support, including but not limited to: Peel tests Product testing Product recommendations Proper product installations Post project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble due to misuse of products in the situation. Conduct roof inspections, providing written reports and photo documentation. Conduct on-site safety audits to ensure all safety requirements are met and consult with the safety team as needed. Review and train on large warranty adjustment projects over ten (10) man days. Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with our Technicians, Foremen, Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, Regional Business Managers, Corporate Staff, and the Sales Team. JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors.
Additional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.

Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc. Set project timelines and goals. Coordinate work with Program Managers, sales and service support, customer management (WTI and Tremco Roofing), and resource management. Participate in the preventive and corrective action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e.

Bidding Stage:
