Business Development, BURmastic/Modified Bitumen (BUR/MB) will drive sales (demand, adoption, and growth) for their assigned market segment and technologies.
Collaboration with key internal stakeholders, building and maintaining essential tools, market positioning, training and education is required.
Business Development, BURmastic/Modified Bitumen (BUR/MB) will be a thought leader and subject matter expert for current, future and/or related technologies, provide strategic direction, and promote system selling to drive growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review each individual Roofing field sales (annual) business plan. Be part of 1) each local Roofing field sales team, 2) each Roofing regional sales leadership team, and 3) Roofing field sales training to drive growth via Rule-of-10's and project specific activity. Act as technical expert for related technologies in assigned area and market segment.
Leverage industry, segment, and/or product knowledge to identify gaps in assigned product line and present opportunities for development and growth.
Provide leadership, creative guidance, and collaborate with multiple cross functional stakeholders on pre-launch needs and post-launch support to enhance selling efforts; including but not limited to testing, certification, warranties, collateral, literature, case studies, and success stories. Collaborate with Sales on creating and executing plans to increase sales knowledge and drive revenue in assigned market segment and technologies, including but not limited to existing products, new product launches, and newly acquired products to drive sustainable growth and increase market share. Collaborate with the Learning team on content for our qualified applicator program (QAPs) and general industry training.
Work with local sales representatives to identify target contractors and other stakeholders to drive attendance at technical trainings. Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team on the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to meet business objectives and generate leads/opportunities/orders. Work in partnership with Corporate Development and Strategy groups to develop strategy maps and business plans.
Identify and assist in the prioritization of merger and acquisition (M&A) targets based on strategic initiatives and growth priorities. Drive integration of acquired products into new and established sales initiatives. Collaborate with Strategy and R&D teams on next generation technology. Create, implement, maintain, and train on the use of value calculators. Provide leadership within applicable industry associations and provide trade show support, as appropriate. Provide regular updates and communication to the business regarding activities, initiatives, outcomes, key performance indicators (KPI's), etc. Continuously enhance technical knowledge through self-study, industry networks, and research.

Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Processing of survey data such as navigation and multibeam echo sounder acquired from Vessel and ROV survey platforms utilising the EIVA processing suite.
Ensuring processed data is suitable for charting, reporting and complies with the scope of work.
Generating survey data products compatible with GIS software.
Constructing survey charts compliant with charting standards.
What you'll need to thrive in this role:
BSC, MSC or equivalent in a relevant survey related discipline;
Good understanding of survey and processing principles;

Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (Nursing, Allied Health, Biomedical Sciences, etc.) or equivalent clinical experience

* Communicate professionally with our customers, Tremco sales representatives and regional sales managers and corporate staff.
* Complete weekly/monthly reports, sales activities, proposals and purchase orders.
* Travel within the assigned territory, complete expense reports on a timely basis.
* Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to:
* Peel tests
* Product recommendations
* Proper product installation
* Product diagnostic support to ensure the contractor is kept out of trouble in misuse of products for the situation.
* Provide an on-going sales support, training and development to the contractors, per the direction of the local sales reps.
* Be a direct line of contact to the contractors in the designated area, per the local sales reps, to maintain a good working relationship with the existing contractor base, keeping them informed and trained on Tremco s product line and new products introduced.
* Develop new contractors in the area, per the local sales team, by training on product systems and their usage.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
* High School diploma or GED
* Associate s degree (AAS), or Trade School Certification, or Bachelor s Degree (BS) preferred.
* 5+ years of roofing sales or technical experience in the commercial market.
* 2+ years of roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience.
* Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal systems.
* Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable Motor Vehicle record.
* Class B CDL driver s license.
* Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
* Prior experience in a field sales and service leadership role.
* Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learn internal business systems).
* In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of applications of products.
Intimate knowledge of product line.
* History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation.

Selling to interventional endoscopists (lower GI - colorectal & upper GI - oesophagus), general surgeons/consultants, pulmonologist, procurement & other KOL leaders
This is a procedure-based sale where you will be expected to be in theatre, training surgeons on how to use the products correctly
Mixture of account management & new business
Will be expected to do lots of training as that is also a big part of the role.
Main therapy areas they focus in are Gastroenterology, General / visceral surgery, Gynaecology, Pulmonology & Urology
Covering a South Central region including, Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Dorset, Wilshire.

Looking for best in class sales reps that are used to working in a theatre/surgical environment
Someone that is prepared to invest their time and used to being out and about engaging with the right people
Used to providing procedural support to surgeons in a theatre environment
The ability to look at a problem/challenge and articulate a solution
Used to working or the ability to create a cohesive environment where feedback is provided to peers and vice versa
Take pride in little wins understanding they will get you to the end goal
Candidates that feel comfortable in the uncomfortable
Wanting to work in a supportive environment and take on board advice on how to take a different approach
Coachable
Full Clean Driving licence
