Working with repair teams to help diagnose and plan repairs for the vehicles.
Maintaining records of vehicles that have been repaired or handled.
Providing repair services to clients on the road in case of emergencies

The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in all aspects associated with a construction-related project.

WTI has established a Safety Solutions Team as a revenue-generating team within WTI designed to expand and create new rooftop opportunities for safety inspections, installations, and overall property owner reassurance for OSHA/ANSI compliance, supporting both Tremco Roofing and WTI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).
Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Integrate safety into the roofing traditional sale process, WTI GC and GS sale processes. Evaluate and develop qualified leads and inspection assessments/reports for OSHA compliance to support the roofing sales representatives with the most current, up-to-date product selection, pricing, and installation processes. Specifically, the Business Operations Project Administrator is tasked with managing and coordinating all administrative aspects for an array of project types.
This includes services like Patch and Repair, Patch and Repair Plus, General Contracting, Safety Patch and Repair, Building Envelope services, IAQ Services (both standalone and integrated with General Contracting), Job Site Inspections, Roofing Advisor Days, Consulting, Diagnostics, TRACE, ACT, and several emergency repair services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Administrator plays an integral role in the project lifecycle by validating, organizing, and ensuring compliance for all project documentation and financial processes.
Upon receiving SAP Sales Order information from Customer Service Representatives, the administrator confirms all compliance requirements based on the WTI Price Book Policy/Procedures and Contract Management Policy, completing checklists to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Key responsibilities include managing critical project documents, such as vendor applications, subcontracts, purchase orders, Master Service Agreements, specifications, certificates of insurance, payment and performance bonds, prevailing wage rates, certified payroll reports, and state-specific compliance documentation.
Project Administrators also facilitate and manage compliance submissions as needed. This role includes dispatching service orders to WTI Technicians, tailored to the specific project type.
For General Contracting projects, the administrator provides WTI Superintendents with essential service orders and field report links to streamline daily reporting.
Additionally, they maintain a comprehensive tracking spreadsheet for all projects, providing up-to-date project insights. The Field Resource Inspector is responsible for completing documents, forms, processes and data gathering to ensure accuracy, quality and integrity in our field inspection reporting.
Documents include electronic, hard or soft copies.
This position is responsible to perform specific inspection services at the direction of the local Foreman or Supervisor.
The Field Resource Inspector will work independently or with other resources depending on the task being performed.
The Field Resource Inspector will complete and be responsible for all types of job site inspections including: TremCare, Job Site, QA and QA Plus.
The Inspection technician is responsible for daily review and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality as it relates to the performance of inspection services.

Field Resource Inspection Technician is responsible for performing the inspection services.
They are to be on time and complete work scheduled.
The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication. All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources. Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems. Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review and confirm all work orders scheduled. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Develop, organize and maintain custom sample products while maintaining company standards and safety protocols.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare samples per customer requests (determines materials, finishes, techniques and methods to use to meet customer specifications).
Document sample making instructions and specifications (including materials and techniques) for translation and replication in production.
Label and photograph customer samples and prepare assembly boards for all orders.
Build, maintain and manage photo library.
Assist Sales and Marketing with national account, new product or specialty samples.
Maintain regular communication with the Colorist/Tinter/Quality Control Technician and the Sample and Invoice Coordinator regarding progress, product difficulties, order delay issues, etc.
Maintain accurate records of in process and shipped orders.
Monitor and maintain stock inventory, standard samples inventory levels and basic supplies to ensure timely cycles and meet lead time guidelines.
Observe plant safety rules and regulations and reports any safety hazards to supervisor.
Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system.
Cross train other team members and provide coverage as appropriate.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 1+ year of experience
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency with Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.
