An opportunity has arisen for aVehicle Damage Assessor with 3 years' experience in a role to join a leading, multi-award-winning accident repair centre.
This full-time role offers excellent benefits plus basic salary up to £49,000 OTE.
As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and preparing estimates for repair work, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
They will consider both qualified and non-qualified candidates.
You will be responsible for:
* Order parts accurately and on time, ensuring correct supply for the vehicles arrival.
* Return incorrect or unnecessary parts as needed.
* Check parts for authenticity before labelling and storing for traceability.
* Maintain a record of all estimates, identifying unauthorised work and ensuring authorisation is obtained before proceeding.
* Communicate authorised repairs to body shop staff and inform them if a vehicle is declared a total loss.

* Previously worked for 3 years' as a Vehicle Damage Assessor, Bodyshop Estimator, Vehicle Assessor, Damage Assessor or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including hybrid and electric competence.
* Expertise in assessing and repairing complex vehicle damage, including structural and cosmetic repairs.

General Purpose of Job:
The QA Technical Service Rep is responsible for the timely delivery of services related to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Perform Job Site Inspections as they relate to quality assurance and/or adjustment work. Perform detailed roof inspections to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and/or concerns. Work with local WTI Field Representatives and/or Supervisors as required or necessary. - Utilise diagnostics systems and service tools effectively.
- Attend manufacturers training courses to stay updated on the latest industry techniques.
- Provide support, mentorship, and training to junior technicians and apprentices.
- Complete detailed job stories using the Ibcos service app.
Experience and Attributes:
- Proven experience working on 4x4 vehicles in a similar role.
- Ability to service and repair all brands of vehicles.
- General computer literacy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work efficiently, adapt to new skills, and participate in ongoing training.
- Team player who can use their own initiative.
- Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods if required.
- Must have full UK Driving Licence

As Operations Manager, you will act as the central point between Operations, Project Management, Warehouse, Workshop, and Site teams to ensure all departments are resourced effectively to meet project needs.
