JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: Machine Maintenance Technician WHERE: Arnette Polymers, Richmond, MO Specific Requirements: Works with Management, the Plant Superintendent and Production Supervisors, and technicians to schedule and conduct necessary repairs on a prioritized basis. Development and perpetuation of the prioritized maintenance schedule of repair, PM's, and new installation projects. Schedule outside contractor work, monitor their work status, complete the contractor checklists and verify cost estimates vs.
invoices. Conducts pipe work fabrication and welding. Completes maintenance and repairs on boilers, air compressors, chillers, cooling tower fans and circulation pumps, generators, as well as respective checklists. Repairs chemical hoses, reactors, tanks, lines and other miscellaneous plant equipment. Executes tasks and project responsibilities from maintenance meetings, daily updates, and compliance & PM scheduled activities does so with independent time management that may result in change of tasks planned for the workday. Provides on call and over-times support as needed in the evenings and other required times designated by management. Suggests improvements for safety and compliance. Background Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and 5 years' experience in maintenance field Minimum 5 years experience and demonstrated proficiency with fluid transfer pumps of hazardous chemicals, and other chemical manufacturing equipment Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs frequently and occasionally lift and move up to 75lbs

The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication. All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources. Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Inspection Scheduler is responsible for scheduling and dispatching all inspections for WTI.
This position ensures that the regional responsibilities are managed, tracked, and executed timely.
This role must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
This role will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing the inspection volume for an assigned division.
Ensuring project volume is managed and executed within established business rules and objectives.

This position will have the authority to make scheduling changes as required to manage scope changes, unplanned work, and weather-related changes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with travel and hotel arrangements for inspection routes. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (utilizing various communication methods) with the regional support teams for all work-related matters.
Assist with managing data and information across multiple platforms, including SAP, Excel, Sharepoint, and more.
Assist with schedule communication between customer and technician. Interact with cross-functional groups, and internal and field representatives in efforts to gather, coordinate, and complete paperwork and information. Maintain an updated customer contact list. Ability to determine escalation of communications as needed to management Special projects as needed.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Superior written, oral, and digital communication skills. Ability to collaborate and work closely with other teams and departments. Computer Literacy, )365 suite, SAP, Excel, Word, IOS. Organizing, planning, and prioritizing administrative business functions. Performing Administrative activity: performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining, tracking, and management of paper and electronic data. Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work: developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work. Experience with Project Management and Gantt charts is a plus but not a requirement. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Job Title - Material Technician (Warehouse)
Job Purpose
The Material Technician is responsible for processing inbound returns from the field of warehouse materials, including cutting back products, paperwork, scanning, skid wrapping, and forklift operation to move materials.
You will also be responsible for processing outbound / inbound warehouse materials, including paperwork, scanning, skid wrapping, and forklift operations to move materials, the loading and unloading of trucks and general warehouse duties.
Principal Accountabilities
Identifies, pulls, counts, stages and ships orders. Process pick-sheets, skid labels, bills of lading documents. Loads and unloads trucks. Receives, identifies, generally inspects and counts material as it is received by the Company, and distributes material quickly and efficiently. Process returns from sales field installations. Cut back materials for re-work or waste stream. Move materials via forklift to designated warehouse areas. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in receiving and storage areas. Maintains all pertinent paperwork and distributes it to the appropriate person/departments after the receiving process is complete. Immediately cleans and reports any spills, leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss accidents and materials shortages to the Warehouse Supervisor. Assist in hazardous waste handling when needed under the guidance from production management / supervisors or RCRA certified employees.

This position requires consistent wearing of safety glasses, gloves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes; with additional specific PPE depending on the chemicals or materials handled, which could include respirators, hearing protection, or specialized gloves for hazardous substances.
Benefits and Compensation
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $18.00-$20.00 p/h.

Specialized technical/aptitude experience: minimum of 1-5 years' experience and demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with gravimetric and analytic techniques. Extensive knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the chemical manufacturing industry; previous work and/or substantial knowledge of, including commonlyused concepts, practices, and procedures, within in the thermoset polymer industry is a strongly considered asset.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all subcontractors.
Additional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
The Construction Manager is responsible for sales and service support, field resources, and customer management communication as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.
Conceptual Phase (estimates & schedules) Program Planning Phase Design Phase Conduct Prebid Construction Phase Conduct Pre-construction Effective Close-out Cost Estimates and schedules Use of ebuilder for all project documentation per policy manual. Accountable for project cost/budget variance & profitability. Accountable for Quality Assurance. Understanding of subcontractor agreement and corrective measures of notification to subcontractor per the executed agreement.
Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc. Set project timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required. Coordinate work with Program Managers, sales and service support, customer management (WTI and Tremco Roofing), and resource management. Participate in the preventive and corrective action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e.
pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Sign-off on project billings. Responsible for change order negotiation and approval.

Specification Development Stage:
Select the WTI Superintendent for the project. Responsible for specification detail drawings approval.

Conducts Pre-Bid Meeting, agenda outlines the required format of the Pre-Bid Meeting.
Document responses from Pre-Bid Meeting minutes are documented or audio recorded and compiled into meeting minutes on the form Receives and processes Pre-Bid Meeting Agenda and Sign-In form.
Forwards published copies to local Tremco Rep, Superintendent, Facility Contact, and Roofing Subcontractor.
Bidding Stage:
Publishes, approves, and distributes Addendum (where applicable) Receives and reviews bids and agreements
Pre-construction Stage:
Provides established Project Schedule Assists Superintendent in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting Provides superintendent with necessary subcontractor information from Bid Form site-specific safety plans, certificates, etc, prior to the Pre-Construction meeting Conducts and processes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation and distributes to all applicable parties
Construction Stage:
Daily receipt and review of Daily Inspection forms Visits job site as necessary Receive and review Weekly Progress Meeting Minutes; attend or be involved via conference call Maintain the project schedule, and process updates from the superintendent Perform site audits as appropriate Authorize and generate Change Orders as required Authorize subcontractor payments Authorize Customer billing Assist the Superintendent with any problems during construction The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $79,000 and $99,000.
