GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor.
Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts.
Mixes base coats and finishes with electric drill and paddle.
Works as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment.
Assembles and pours mold for cast stone.
Trims parts with cutting equipment.
Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications.
Prepares and organizes parts for shipment.
Assists with shipping and receiving.
Follows all safety requirements.
Cleans equipment after use and assists team in keeping production space clean and organized.
Assists with monthly inventory counts.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal education required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: No prior experience or training.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Demonstrates accepted ethical and professional business behavior.
Executes ISO authority and responsibility.

The hourly rate/salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $17.25 and $19.55.

The Field Technical Specialist is a sales and support role, designed to generate contractor discretionary business in a specific area while providing localized technical support.
The Field Technical Specialist personnel will work directly alongside the contractors, focused on the restoration coatings line, to ensure that Tremco and the contractor are providing the best solutions, the best products and the best installations to our customers.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
* Ensure safe execution and delivery of all roofing services and operations.
* Provide a variety of technical training sessions in the contractor's office and field applications.
* Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
* Perform roof inspections reports with written reports on condition analysis, photo documentation, recommendation and material budget estimates.
* Communicate professionally with our customers, Tremco sales representatives and regional sales managers and corporate staff.
* Complete weekly/monthly reports, sales activities, proposals and purchase orders.
* Travel within the assigned territory, complete expense reports on a timely basis.
* Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to:
* Peel tests
* Product recommendations
* Proper product installation
* Product diagnostic support to ensure the contractor is kept out of trouble in misuse of products for the situation.
* Provide ongoing sales support, training and development to the contractors, per the direction of the local sales reps.
* Be a direct line of contact to the contractors in the designated area, per the local sales reps, to maintain a good working relationship with the existing contractor base, keeping them informed and trained on Tremco s product line and new products introduced.
* Develop new contractors in the area, per the local sales team, by training on product systems and their usage.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
* High School diploma or GED
* Associate s degree (AAS), or Trade School Certification, or Bachelor s Degree (BS) preferred.
* 5+ years of commercial roofing sales or technical experience in the commercial market.
* 2+ years of commercial roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience.
* Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal systems.
* Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable Motor Vehicle record.
* Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
* Prior experience in a field sales and service leadership role.
* Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learn internal business systems).
* In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of applications of products.
Intimate knowledge of product line.

The business is preparing to roll out its distribution model across a number of UK partner stores and looking for someone that can help grow commercial partnerships, sourcing, distribution and UK operations.
This is a fully remote role that will involve nationwide travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the UK growth strategy.
Lead the rollout across the UK retail network.
Build relationships with ITADs, device recyclers, refurbishment businesses, marketplaces, retailers, distributors, telcos and OEMs.
Develop reliable channels for sourcing second-hand mobile devices.
Build sales and distribution channels for refurbished devices.
Negotiate commercial agreements and manage key customer and supplier relationships.
Own the UK pipeline, forecasts, revenue, gross profit and working-capital performance.
Recruit and manage the initial UK team as the business grows.
Work closely with the wider European management team across operations, finance, logistics and compliance.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
Strong experience in second-hand mobile, refurbished electronics, ITAD or device lifecycle.
An established UK network across sourcing, distribution, retail or corporate device owners.
A proven track record of winning and completing commercial transactions.
Experience developing sourcing and sales channels.
Strong negotiation, account-management and commercial skills.
Previous experience managing a business unit, country operation, commercial team or P&L.
An entrepreneurial, hands-on approach to building a business.
Good understanding of device pricing, logistics, refurbishment, returns and working capital.
Willingness to travel regularly across the UK.

Roles and Responsibilities for the Bodyshop Manager / Vehicle Damage Assessor role:
- Manage activities of the production/workshop operations to ensure efficient work scheduling
- Implement/manage work processes to ensure quality/service levels meet or exceed expectations
- Hold daily production meetings to ensure work completion targets with team leaders, parts and reception staff
- Identify training and development needs and (subject to approval) implement required training and/or coaching
- Quality Control checks before returning to the customer
