Over 5 years of experience in electronics and multilayer PCB design in a commercial environment.

High speed digital design and PCB signal integrity, stack-up, impedance control, ESD mitigation, and EMC compliance.
Video or camera image processing.
RF and FPGA design knowledge.
Analogue and digital layout, design for test, and design for manufacture.
Interest in high accuracy GNSS and automotive applications contributing to product development from concept through to production.
Responsibilities
Design and layout analogue and digital electronics for PCBs, including component footprint creation and library management.
Determine PCB configurations, outlines, interfaces and interconnects.
PCB fabrication and assembly drawings, bills of materials, and manufacturing data.
Support PCB assembly and resolve manufacturing issues.
Develop and implement PCB production test strategies, including the creation of test platforms and fixtures.
Hardware design verification, troubleshooting, and debugging using oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, and other test equipment.
Collaborate with firmware developers to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.
Support product assembly, customer support, and product documentation creation.
Design reviews and document the results.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss the scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrives, at arrival, and at the completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times, and production rates, and ensuring tools and materials are available to safely and efficiently complete the assigned project.
Complete the project per the scope of work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep, and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recorded daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring of inventory and ensuring Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures, review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with the WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications

The Technical Sales Rep ensures that the assigned revenue, margin and product mix objectives, within the corporate business framework, are met or exceeded.
This is to be accomplished by securing, developing, and managing key architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, subcontractors, and end-user accounts.
This position will also own and manage all related performance and service metrics for the assigned accounts for Northern California region.
This position is in the Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing Division covering Northern CA, North of Bakersfield.
CSW Business Unit for New Commercial Construction
Tremco Sealants manufactures sealants, air barriers, waterproofing membranes, traffic coatings, glazing accessories and more for new construction and restoration.
Our products can be seen on structures from parking garages and mixed-use buildings to single-family homes and high-rises, and are also used in the modular, residential window and door, industrial and manufacturing markets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
Works primarily with existing accounts, while seeking and developing new account opportunities to influence and increase use of Tremco CPG products in assigned territory.
Manages assigned accounts to establish business development opportunities through account penetration, analysis, partnership with key decision makers, and strategic initiatives.
Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout assigned territory.
Leverages industry knowledge, marketplace dynamics and key relationships both internally and externally to develop trusted partnerships and advisory relationships with customers with a focus on problem identification, exploration and resolution.
Annually prepares and delivers strategic business/territory plans for each customer with monthly forecasts.
Consistently and efficiently follows the standard sales process to identify prospects and decision makers, gain customer commitment, predict sales probability, and effectively close deals.
Manages day-to-day contact, exchanges information succinctly, truthfully and ethically while addressing issues directly and tactfully in pursuit of mutual interest and benefit.
Develops and delivers technical, high quality and directed digital collateral, product prospectus, presentations, and business correspondence in support of the overall sales process.
Collaborates with senior staff to coordinate and execute product knowledge training sessions with internal and external customers, as appropriate, utilizing supplier representatives.
Leverages all available technology on a daily basis for productivity and effective lead generation, account maintenance, sales and expense tracking, forecasting, account reviews, customer contact, presentations, etc.
Works collaboratively with internal support resources to develop teamwork through cooperation, trust and mutual respect.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience OR Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience
EXPERIENCE
Two to four years related experience and/or training Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, etc.) Basic knowledge of product chemistries

- Experience programming Programmable Logic controllers (PLC), and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) using software such as Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Festo, Codesys, Siemens.
- Knowledge of setting up Servos, VFDs, Remote I/O, Ethernet and Profibus networks.
- Proven electrical, pneumatic, or mechanical experience within the automation industry.
- Ability to follow electrical and pneumatic schematic diagrams and drawings.
- Knowledge of 6 Axis Robot systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of script-based programming would be an advantage.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.

Complete the project per the scope of work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep, and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recorded daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring of inventory and ensuring Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures, review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with the WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follows the daily production schedule set by the Production Supervisor. Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts.
Mixes base coats and finishes with electric drill and paddle.
Works as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment.
Assembles and pours mold for cast stone.
Trims parts with cutting equipment. Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications.
Prepares and organizes parts for shipment.
Assists with shipping and receiving.
Follows all safety requirements.
Cleans equipment after use and assists team in keeping production space clean and organized.
Assists with monthly inventory counts.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal educational requirement.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience or training required.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to function effectively in a team setting. Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail. Demonstrates reliability, flexibility, and dependability.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
The hourly rate/salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $15.85 and $18.98.

The successful Project Engineer will be working for a rapidly expanding electrical control and distribution company. You will be providing quotations and drawings that meet specifications of customer requirements, turning these into full build drawings, bills of materials and issuing these to Production.
Working to Project timescales and delivering to agreed timescales
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with various contractors and consultants via telephone and email with the objective providing quotations
- Ensuring all customer quotations are processed and issued in line with agreed expectations and timescales and are presented in a format that is clear, accurate and as per the specification requirements
- Liaising with other engineers regarding bespoke requirements and sharing thoughts and experience regarding more complex specifications
- Visiting site where necessary to review customer requirements
- Producing RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements)
- Production of drawings in line with the customer specification and issue to the customer for approval
- Ordering of materials
- Managing Projects throughout the process
The Right Person
The successful Project Engineer will hold an Electrical Engineering qualifications as well as experience / knowledge in the following areas:
- Experience Managing multiple Projects at any one time
- Experience using AutoCAD 2D
- An understanding or Experience with Switchgear & LV Switchgear Systems (desirable)
