The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the payroll and benefits function for the US businesses of Tremco CPG Inc.
This role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining payroll records.
The Payroll Manager will be responsible for the benefits standard setting process, forecasting and divisional allocation, in addition to playing a key role in driving process improvements, assessing the structure of the payroll department and enhancing the efficiency of payroll and benefits operations as well as performing relevant internal controls. We are on the hunt for an experienced Production Supervisor.
The successful applicant will take on a pivotal role in leading a multi-skilled team of Production Colleagues within a rapidly expanding manufacturing business.
They will be instrumental in enhancing operational performance across the key areas of safety, service, and cost by effectively engaging and developing the team.
The Role:
Oversee the maintenance and development of team competencies, working closely with other Production Supervisors and the Production Manager to coordinate training delivery.
Foster a positive culture of accountability and engagement to promote best practices in safety, service, and cost management.
Implement and raise awareness of lean manufacturing techniques to maximise production efficiency.
Lead and manage colleague activity effectively during shifts, ensuring smooth operations.

Collaborate with the Quality, Compliance, and Technical teams to ensure that Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) are raised for non-compliances and that corrective actions are implemented.
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to support the client's purpose and mission.
Engage, empower, and motivate the team through effective management tools and clear communication.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members to ensure consistent support and guidance.
Participate in workplace investigations and disciplinary processes when necessary.
Carry out annual performance reviews in line with the client's performance review process.

Provide regular updates to the Production Manager on team performance against set KPIs.
