The role would suit a NQ Family Solicitor, who has completed a seat in family law throughout their training contracts.
Candidates who haven't completed a seat in family law but have previous family law paralegal experience (upwards of 1 year) are still encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Working alongside a friendly and supportive team on a caseload of both public and private family law matters
Caseload to include divorce and separation, finances, cohabitation disputes, pre and post nuptial agreements and children law
Working with local clients, and providing an expert level of client care and advice throughout the life of the file
Attending to clients in person
Supporting senior Solicitors on more complex family law matters

Requirements:

As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:
Responsible for the ongoing care of residents within the care home - you'll lead teams, guiding and supporting them to ensure that safe and effective care is always provided
Ensuring all units comply with CQC standards of care, you'll take appropriate action to maintain a safe environment for residents
Responsible for ensuring staff levels are appropriate, you'll lead on all aspects of the operation; working with senior professionals to develop systems, processes and practices to strengthen clinical practise and resident care
Developing the strategy and direction for the care home you'll also create and develop strong relationships with LAs, CQC and Primary Care Trust commissioners, always acting as a trusted healthcare partner

A confident leader who can empower the team to deliver the highest standards of care
Passionate about caring for others, you'll put residents at the heart of everything you do
Ability to lead by example
Share your knowledge and experience of quality improvement and cultivate an open and honest culture amongst your team
The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent an amazing salary of £80,000 per annum + guaranteed 20% £8,000 bonus.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role working through days.

As a Nurse your key duties include:
Manage the assessment, implementation and evaluation of individual resident care plans while promoting a professional working environment to ensure a high standard of resident care
Adopt a systemic, individual approach to all resident care plans and communicate the outcomes to the clinical team both verbally and in writing, ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is kept up to date
Ensure effective communication of any concerns relating to resident care
Deputise in the absence of the Unit Manager and their Deputy to manage the staffing and clinical needs as required
Support and supervise care staff or new recruits
The following skills and experience would be preferable and beneficial for the role:
Previous older peoples care experience is desirable but not essential
Caring & compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
Excellent organisation & leadership skills
Effective communication skills
Flexible, professional and committed to being the best
Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself & our services
Ability to speak Welsh would be desirable but not essential
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £19.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to £43,472 per annum.
