Essential Skills
Must have minimum 6 months experience working with clients dealing with learning & physical disabilities, autism, brain injuries and mental health
Must have valid DBS
Good general education
Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference
Commitment to the aims and objectives of the home and of Ivolve
Satisfactory Police Check and check against the ISA List (where applicable)
A commitment to undertake training and development
Own transport required due to the location of the role
Desirable Skills
RQF Level 2 or above in social care
Previous experience within social care setting

While experience in the NHS and knowledge of TPP SystmOne is desirable, it is not essential, as training will be provided.
This is a part-time position requiring 24-28 hours per week.
Flexibility to cover colleagues' holidays and sickness is essential.
As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for patients, relatives, doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff.
Previous reception experience is desirable, and the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure is crucial.
Excellent communication skills and a positive "can-do" attitude are a must.
Main Duties of the Job
Assist patients face-to-face by booking appointments
Answer phone calls and address patient queries
Complete repeat prescriptions
Carry out daily tasks assigned by clinicians
Scan hospital letters
Manage "Choose and Book" referrals, including typing letters dictated by clinicians
