EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of roofing, roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience.
Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal.
Working knowledge of roof coating systems.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
Prior experience in a field service leadership role.
Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learning the necessary internal business systems)

You will also assist with training and coaching trainee case managers, suggest improvements to processes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a case manager, be a self-starter with strong initiative, and have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service.
You should also possess strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and numerical skills.
