Base Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000
Uncapped earnings potential - get paid for your performance!

Key Responsibilities:
Uncover construction bid opportunities through General Contractor community, along with state, local and municipal government job boards utilizing Builders Connect, ISqFt, Plan Hub and other virtual bid sites.
Evaluate and understand the specifications from start to close within an order.
Search existing project specifications to create opportunities with Stonhard products as alternative solutions.
Proactively identify new business opportunities (ZoomInfo subscription provided) and implement effective sales solutions quickly
Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM
Qualifications:
Two or more years of related sales inside sales experience preferred, specializing in construction, industrial, or commercial markets
Proficiency with takeoff software programs to create bid documents.
Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills
Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility

The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Transport materials to and from offsite warehouse locations and TCI production facilities, including finished goods, premixes, packaging, and maintenance materials
Drive a flatbed truck safely on public roads to support material transfers
Stage and prepare materials for production use, ensuring proper labeling and documentation of all deliveries
Coordinate material needs with production, mixing, and weigh-up departments as required
Pull and deliver labeled samples of stored materials upon request
Load and unload trucks, including tractor trailers, for incoming and outgoing shipments

Serves as the primary point of contact for Tremco CPG EHS&S business unit operations and associated EHS&S staff.
May act as expert witness in the event of investigations and legal proceedings.

Provides analysis and recommendations with respect to financial implications of product, program and regulatory changes, including cost / benefit analysis of program improvements to mitigate the financial impact of EHS&S related accidents / incidents.
Establishes regulatory guidelines and performance standards in the areas of EHS&S risks, conducts ongoing audits and reporting with respect to program compliance.

Provides guidance to business unit leaders to ensure that near and long-term operational plans are compliant with organizational and jurisdictional EHS&S standards.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelors degree from a 4-year accredited college or university in 4 year College or University degree in Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Safety Sciences)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
4-10 years' experience leading and contributing to compliance and regulatory policy and program development in a materials processing environment.
Formal training in occupational health and safety is a must.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Board of Certified Safety Professionals - Certified Safety Professional certificate preferred.

The QA Technical Service Representative is responsible for the timely delivery of services as they relate to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Perform Job Site Inspections as they relate to quality assurance and/or adjustment work. Perform detailed roof inspections to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and/or concerns. Work with local WTI Field Representatives and/or Supervisors as required or necessary. This individaul is responsible for management of Tremco's various product safety compliance programs to ensure the safe and legal packaging, distribution, and application of Tremco products globally.
Requirements:
Responsible for managing Tremco's product safety compliance programs, specifically maintaining compliance with U.S.
TSCA, EU REACH, EU CLP, and other global chemical regulations.
This includes coordination of chemical reviews and raw material evaluations with the R&D and Technical Service staff, as well as coordination with RPM international colleagues for import/export compliance.
Interfacing with Product Managers via SAP and SmartSheet to facilitate new product rollouts.
Responsible for maintaining Tremco's transportation safety data in SAP to ensure packaging and transport compliance with U.S.
DOT, IMDG, and IATA regulations.
Responsible for maintaining product Safety Data Sheets in the SAP database for all Tremco.
Assist marketing department to ensure product labels and technical data sheets are compliant with various regulations and review/approve all labels prior to release.
Assist in maintaining North American Chemical Management System.
Duties include developing, reviewing and releasing SDSs and Label Guides, and reviewing and updating substance toxicological data.
Compile data for submissions related to environmental programs (TSCA, TRI, etc.) and corporate EHS submissions.
Responsible for interfacing with agency representatives during compliance inspections.
Stay informed of global and national changes in EHS laws and regulations, proactively adapting the company's systems and policies to maintain compliance.The above description identifies only the primary duties pertaining to this position.
