The Role
We are looking for Retail Minibus Driver to add to our already successful team.
This role will require you to oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region
Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.
You must follow the correct processes when notifying your count team of the pick-up points and timings for each shift
Escalating any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner
Completing a team attendance sheet, detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended and the arrival time of the bus on site.
Whilst on site you will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Key Skills/ Experience Required
This role will involve working unsociable hours, working early mornings or night shifts, this therefore means we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 25 years.
This role requires you to have a Full Driving License.
You must have a ‘can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.

Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.

General Purpose:

Provide support to projects by maintaining a visible presence and conducting site visits to perform safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)

* Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner and Tremco regulations throughout all Roofing regional projects. Assist site leadership to develop site-specific safety programs aligned with Tremco Field Services Safety policies and instruct supervisors on safety procedures, planning and equipment. Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of Tremco Health and Safety programs in the field, to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met. Participate with and/or conduct Toolbox Talk Meetings with Regional team employees. Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance. Effectively represent our Tremco safety culture with our subcontractors and help Tremco site leadership to ensure complete compliance of our subcontractors to applicable rules and regulations (Federal, State, local, owner, Tremco and their own). Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure safety practices and policies are being adhered to effectively. As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with Assistant Safety Director and prepare observation reports as needed. Regularly audit the Site-Specific Safety and Health Plans for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions. Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy. Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field. Must adhere to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Occupational Health & Safety preferred) or 5+ Years of Construction experience with high school diploma. Minimum of two years of construction safety field experience required. OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required. Knowledge of the 1926 OSHA Regulations. Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit a Daily Task Analysis for Employees and Subcontractors. Proficient written and oral communication skills. Proficient Computer Skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel/work remotely 80% or greater.
You will be home every weekend.

Product Portfolio and Innovation Leadership
Lead end-to-end brand portfolio and innovation management, including whitespace identification, concept development, claims strategy, SKU optimization, pricing, forecasting, and stage-gate execution.
Build robust business cases: market sizing, margin analysis, forecast modeling, and 1-3 year growth plans.
Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to bring innovation concepts to market, ensuring strong consumer relevance, commercial viability, and flawless execution.
Conduct regular product line evaluations to strengthen margin, and velocity.

Commercial & P&L Management
Oversee brand P&L to drive profitable, sustainable growth.
Manage brand budget and ensure strong ROI across marketing investments.

Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as the hub for project teams, driving alignment, timelines, and decision-making.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive brand management experience, preferably within CPG or a fast-paced growth brand, with a strong track record of building and scaling brands.
Demonstrated expertise in social and digital marketing, including brand content strategy, influencer marketing, performance media, ecommerce activation, and using digital analytics to optimize investment and impact.
Proven ability to translate data, consumer insights, and market trends into brand strategy, innovation pipelines, and actionable growth plans.
