Product Manager plans, organizes, and controls an assigned product or product line(s) from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives by performing the following duties under the direct supervision of the Director of Product Management.
Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: WTI Commercial Façade Foreman is responsible for the oversite and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI Commercial Building Envelope business.

As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the WTI Foreman is focused on safety, crew management and efficient execution of all WTI Projects assigned to them.
Travel will be required.
It is the responsibility of the WTI Commercial Foreman to deliver timely and the highest quality service to all our WTI customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively administers and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property.
This includes responsibility for conducting safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including: Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with all onsite project personnel (Sales Rep, Customer, WTI Supt & Crew, Etc) Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable.
Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer prior to arrival, upon arrival, and upon completion of daily work WTI Supervisor on safety, schedule changes, project and crew updates, etc.
Efficient project management to include managing crew start and end times, production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to safely and efficiently completing the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope or work, design and specification of contract & engineering documents.
Complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be included in daily project status reports.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily.
Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas.
This responsibility includes job start-up, job execution in accordance to contract specifications, job shut-down, and manpower scheduling, all consistent with the planned costs of the job.
Manages field personnel, including, but not limited to, recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, and retaining the quality and number of production personnel needed to meet operating demands.
This responsibility also includes laying off personnel, disciplinary action, employee assistance, and handling union matters relative to employees.
Ensure that all WTI Field Labor will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for the tracking and monitoring project inventory.
Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting positive image. Has knowledge/understanding and assures assigned projects comply with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e.
OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, Wage and Hour, etc. Manage, monitor and document performance of WTI Commercial Field Labor and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work related issues.
Consult with WTI Commercial Supervisor and Human Resources as needed.
Contributes to operations by supplying accurate and timely job information, including daily job logs, job file documentation, and compiling information for billing the customer. Provides management with earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. Accepts responsibility for the care, custody, and purchasing of company equipment, material, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Supervisor. Trains employees in proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage. Coordinates and monitors performance of on-site subcontractors, where appropriate. EXPERIENCE:
5+ years progressive experience in a similar role to include leading teams and technical solutions, training, troubleshooting, etc.
Must be thoroughly familiar with standard façade construction including, masonry, EIFS, Stucco, Curtainwall, metal panels, concrete, plaster and other forms of facade systems and how to properly repair them using Tremco CPG Materials.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary.
Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) of all the Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to current and previous job sites and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel.
Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
Conduct and/or assist with the training (both hands-on field training and classroom setting) for the Field Reps, according to the WTI Training Policy, to include:
Proper completion of all services and related paperwork.
Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region.
Approval and certification of each Field Rep, including, but not limited to, OSHA Hazard Awareness, Toolbox Talks, etc.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services provided.
Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and HR as needed.
Work with the HR and Recruiting department to hire all new personnel.
Ensure all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis.
Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information.
Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including, but not limited to, expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with Reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attend all required calls and meetings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the RBM.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
30-hour OSHA certification (The company will provide it if needed.)
Registered Roof Observer (RRO) is preferred but not required. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Occupational Health & Safety preferred) or 5+ Years of Construction experience with high school diploma. Minimum of two years of construction safety field experience required. OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required. Knowledge of the 1926 OSHA Regulations. Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit a Daily Task Analysis for Employees and Subcontractors. Project Manager Security Systems
Location: Norway, Oslo

Holt Engineering Group is working with a well-established and forward-thinking security systems provider delivering cutting-edge electronic security and life-safety solutions across the UK and Europe.
Were supporting a respected, employee-owned technology business in their search for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex security system installations across Norway.
This role suits a proactive and organised individual who enjoys autonomy, international travel, and leading high-performing installation teams.
Youll coordinate end-to-end project delivery, from planning and scheduling to client handover, ensuring compliance, profitability, and client satisfaction across every project.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple security installation projects across Norway
- Oversee on-site teams, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental policies
- Review project documentation and contract conditions to ensure scope, budget, and timelines are met
- Coordinate equipment specifications, delivery schedules, and system functionality with clients and internal teams
- Maintain regular communication with clients and senior management, providing progress reports and project updates
- Conduct project reviews and ensure financial tracking aligns with profitability targets
- Oversee commissioning, documentation, and client training to ensure smooth handover and completion
- Ensure adherence to BS EN ISO9001, GDPR, ISO27001, and relevant regional compliance standards
What Youll Need
- Minimum 2 years Project Management experience within security systems, electrical engineering, or technology infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and integrated security solutions
- Understanding of standard contracts (NEC3/4, JCT, etc.)
- Skilled in Microsoft Project, Visio, and the Microsoft 365 suite
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to travel across Europe and work away from home when required
