As our Material Handler, you will work in our plant to pick orders.
We can't ship without you.
Every day you will work alongside a hardworking and fast-paced team to select orders from the warehouse floor and place them on the correct pallet.
To thrive you must be prepared to lift packages of 50 pounds repeatedly and always think safety first.

Here's what you can expect every day:
Perform all material handling functions related to shipping and warehousing, including truck loading, material receiving, storage and supply of filling lines with packaging components
Ensure secure shipment of finished goods by stretch wrapping of palletized products using stretch wrapping equipment and blocking and bracing loads
Receive and store raw materials in their proper place.
Enter the received raw material in SAP in accordance with set procedure and practice.
Enter the shipments of material in SAP as assigned, according to procedure.
Housekeeping - Maintain clean and debris free Shipping & Receiving Areas, Warehouses and Docks.

Ensure work area is safe, clean and free of recognizable hazards; communicate all spills or other hazards to the shift supervisor or other member of the plant management staff.
Safely use material handling equipment, including sit-down and standup forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories as necessary.
May assist in other departments as needed.
Required Experience:
1-3 years of related experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be able to work above average overtime and flexible hours.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Aptitude with SAP/WMS System as well as ISO-9001 requirements.
Appropriate forklift and comparable equipment operating skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
repeatedly for extended periods.

Previous shipping/traffic and material handling experience.
Paint/Coatings/chemical industry knowledge or experience.Work Schedule: 2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday 4:00PM - 2:30AM
Pay: $22.00 + Additional $.75 Shift Differential

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Project Superintendent is responsible for managing assigned special projects and customers.
This involves working with other superintendents or Tech Reps assigned to the project to ensure delivery on time and within budget as well as managing all sub-contractors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage field crews and subcontractors with a proven track record in running and supervising commercial and industrial roofing construction projects to deliver projects on time and within budget. Schedule and manage sub-contractors. Implement and understand project administration requirements. Create and update project schedules. Keep project on schedule and running efficiently. Ensure quality control management of project. Control and schedule all field inspections. Verify that project work complies with contract documents. Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between subcontractors and owner operations, affirming specifications are followed in accordance with Tremco standards. Generating reports on project status and ensuring owner satisfaction. Upholding high levels of health and safety management in compliance with all codes and laws, and Tremco Policy. Must be computer literate and able to operate Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Essential Functions:
Meets or exceed Stonhard's minimum activity standards for quotes and orders as set by Stonhard sales management.
Perform project manager responsibilities at the installation site and coordinate the work to be performed with an approved Stonhard installation crew/CMG (requires occasional weekend and holiday work). Maintains accurate files and records involving Stonhard accounts through Stonhard's Salesforce CRM system. Monitors customers' accounts receivables and is responsible for the follow-up of same.
Minimum Requirements:
Two (2) plus related experience, preferably in industrial, construction or commercial industry. Spend a minimum of 4 days per week in the field with Stonhard customers. Requirements:
Hold at least HNC level qualification in QS/related subject
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project financials.
Reasonable understanding of mechanical services industry and associated materials
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Projects, etc.) and related systems
Awareness and experience of construction methods, technology, standard forms of measurement and forms of building contract
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents, technical procedures, drawings, government regulations
Work independently, establish priorities and make decisions
Strong negotiator
