JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs and ensures high-quality mold mitigation and HVAC cleaning, ductwork cleaning disinfecting, restoration, and sanitizing meeting corporate QA/QC guidelines
Adheres to project budgets and contractual schedules
Enforces industry-standard protocol for the department.
Manages on-site BRS Remediation Crew
Responsible for Field Time Sheet Management and daily progress reporting, photo documentation, and other documentation as required.
Performs On-site and ongoing Inspection of project work.
Performs On-site Safety meetings.
Provides training to new crew personnel (safety and procedures).
Responsible for oversight of equipment cleaning, maintenance, and repair.
Manages trailer/truck inventory and reporting of materials used.
Performs HVAC Remediation.
Performs Duct Cleaning.
Performs Microbial Mitigation.
Performs HVAC Restoration services.
Performs decontamination.
Performs Installation of air purification systems.
Performs all Contractual services for local and non-local clients utilizing company-provided vehicles.

NADCA certification required.
Must obtain certification within 90-120 days of employment.
Additional Certifications will be required during on-going employment with PACS, such as IICRC, ACAC - CMRS, CMR or CRMR and State Mold Remediator/Assessor
Capable of troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems
Manages Inventory Control and usage
Understands blueprints and HVAC symbols
This position will also have interaction with client contacts (i.e.: facilities personnel, tenants).

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc).
This involves working with the Project Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Sales Reps associated with the project, to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are searching for a dynamic Senior Growth Product Manager to help build our brands and drive growth.
In this integral role, you'll connect strategy to Professional end-users to bring innovative products to market.
You will own the entire lifecycle, from ideation to launch, by taking full responsibility for the overall product portfolio development and defining the associated GTM strategy.
The primary objective is to deliver significant profitable growth.
This role is executed in strong partnership with the Product Operations and Project Management teams.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Set the strategic direction for product, ensuring it aligns with the Company's broader goals and market opportunities.
Explore and seek out sources of data and insights both internally and externally.
Work with our product, data science, and marketing teams to create and acquire data
Conduct end user market research to gain deep insight into user behavior, preferences, pain points, and satisfaction
Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, business developments and market trends to identify strategic opportunities and ensure product offering is properly positioned
Distill intricate concepts into easily understood information, ensuring the audience understands the core message
Collaborate with interdepartmental teams, R&D, sales, supply chain, and marketing to align product strategies, identify opportunities, develop roadmaps, experiment and then scale for optimal results
Direct market research and market intelligence gathering to ensure understanding of applications, users, competition and market trends.
Analyze and leverage data and insights to develop and formulate category and product recommendations
Conduct early-stage opportunity assessment, ideation and concept development for a new product opportunity from ideation to market launch
Manage product portfolio to develop and promote new products and optimize and grow existing product lines.
Define and develop product positioning, messaging, feature specifications, unique selling proposition and pricing strategies for growth, as well as devise effective mitigation strategies, ensuring smooth product launches and iterations
Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Tracking the product metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
Support the product commercialization process and ensure profitability within the assigned market segments
Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement within the product teams.
Performs other duties as assigned in the interest of Rust-Oleum.
QUALFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience
5+ years of experience in Architectural/Industrial Coatings industry
Able to explore data fast by using tools, such as Power BI or Excel
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Problem solver and creative thinker with ability to pitch new ideas and be open to feedback
Analytic and strategic thinking skills with ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions
Team player looking to advance in their own career while mentoring colleagues

Salary Range Target: $110,000 - $145,000, bonus eligible

2+ years of project management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education.
Strong skills in communication (oral and written), organization, and time management. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of sales processes and procedures. Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits as required. Travel in the field is >50% of the time. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Design Engineer assesses project requirements, gathers technical field data, determines design requirements, selects appropriate equipment, and provides drafting of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) restoration projects.
This role combines engineering expertise with drafting skills to ensure that projects are planned and constructed effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conducts on-site visits and assessments to understand the specific scope and technical requirements of individual projects.
This includes evaluating existing HVAC systems, identifying issues or challenges, and testing equipment performance.
• Determines scope and designs solutions for HVAC restoration projects via site visits and coordination with owner/facility staff.

• Exercises control over design and production tasks to enable HVAC restoration projects.

• Utilizes in-house estimating tools to create project budgets.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
• Engineer Intern (EI) Certification
• Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of industry-specific experience.
• Experience with construction drafting in AutoCAD.
• EI certification with the ability to obtain a PE license preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred.
• Experience with a programming language (VBA, C#, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (Pro-Core, E-Builder, iAuditor, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to travel out of state up to 50% of the time.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $91,000 and $113,000.
