ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
Works primarily with existing accounts, while seeking and developing new account opportunities to influence and increase use of Tremco CPG products in assigned territory.
Manages assigned accounts to establish business development opportunities through account penetration, analysis, partnership with key decision makers, and strategic initiatives.
Drives product specifications and project opportunities throughout assigned territory.
Leverages industry knowledge, marketplace dynamics and key relationships both internally and externally to develop trusted partnerships and advisory relationships with customers with a focus on problem identification, exploration and resolution.
Annually prepares and delivers strategic business/territory plans for each customer with monthly forecasts.

EDUCATION

Ensure Adherence to Safety Compliance Obligations and Directives
Conduct monthly issue review sessions with Corporate EH&S and Plant Managers to assure facility stay in compliance and maintain safety performance objectives.
Conduct and Manage Incident Analysis Program Lead, assist and maintain incident reporting procedures to DAP Corporate and RPM.
Evaluate trends in incidents.
Recommend corrective actions to minimize/eliminate undesirable trends.
Incorporate accident prevention programs into safety directive.
Maintain Environmental reporting requirements Keep accurate records on plant emission calculations to maintain monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting submission requirements.
Assure plants stay in compliance with required external and internal reporting requirements.
Working knowledge of TRI, Tier II, SPCC and SWPPP is requested.
Requirements:
EHS Degree preferred. Bachelor's degree in environmental health & safety or similar field. 3+ years of relevant experience.

Requirements
3-5 years sales experience in roofing and complimentary products Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required. Construction experience as an installer, especially the installation of foam Roof Tile Adhesive products is not required but is a major plus. Exceptional verbal, presentation, and training skills both.
Ability to work independently with new and existing clients to overcome typical sales objections (i.e.
- price, application knowledge, etc.) Cold-calling success within a territory to both large nationwide clients as well as small businesses in the roofing industry. Working knowledge and understanding of the permitting process with NOA's and approvals. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e.
Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Ability to work in adverse conditions, around chemicals, navigate construction sites, and climb ladders.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Engineer Intern (EI) Certification Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of industry-specific experience. Experience with construction drafting in AutoCAD. EI certification with the ability to obtain a PE license preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred. Experience with a programming language (VBA, C#, etc.) preferred. Position Summary:
Responsible for selling all of the assigned company products/services within the assigned sales territory by contacting established customers as well as developing new prospects.
Must have complete knowledge of the product line represented, related services and company policies.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for calling on new and existing customers to build sales volume, remain abreast of customer requirements, and assess market trends.
Calls on customers and prospective customers to inform them of products, new releases, services available, supply, etc.

Maintain oversight of the EHS function at the Corsicana Chemical Manufacturing Plant to ensure EHS compliance and risk are evaluated and managed appropriately. Assist EHS team and SLT Managers in translating our division's EHS, Process Safety and Security goals into site-specific policies, procedures, and programs. Ensure that the Corsicana Plant implements and sustain effective EHS management systems in accordance with external and internal standards (e.g., Responsible Care, ISO, OHSAS, Energy Services' Integrated Management System, etc.) Interface with federal and local regulatory agencies on behalf of the Corsicana Plant to successfully demonstrate compliance legal, business and customer requirements. Participate as a member of the Corsicana Plant Site Leadership Team (SLT). Manage EHS compliance tools and processes, both internal and external. Advocate the consistent use of EHS compliance tools and processes throughout the division to report incidents, document incident investigations, and track closure of associated corrective actions in a timely manner. Ensure root cause investigations are conducted for those incidents with the greatest learning potential, lessons learned documents are generated and shared across the network and throughout the company. Audit effectiveness of root cause investigation action items Lead, or apply subject matter expertise in support of, RPM/Tremco EHS goals and objectives as requested. Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the projects have a zero punch list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to: Peel tests Product recommendations Proper product installations Post-project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of applications of products.
Intimate knowledge of our product line. Must be able to travel within assigned territory up to 75% of the time with overnight trips included.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of roofing, roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience. Prior experience in a field service leadership role. Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required.
The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep, including OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Roof Systems.
Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel.
Ensure that all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis. Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information. Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc.
Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Vice President of WTI General Services.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling skills Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining Quality Control Functional computer skills Safety training and OSHA knowledge Understanding of budgeting and expense management

Staff Internal Auditors, Senior Internal Auditors, and Managers, Internal Audit - On a daily basis, the Senior Internal Auditor is expected to interact in small project teams by assisting Staff Internal Auditors and Interns with the completion of their work, and working under the supervision of the Managers, Internal Audit.
Senior Director of Internal Audit - On a frequent basis, the Senior Internal Auditor will participate in meetings with the Senior Director to discuss internal audit objectives, audit procedures and audit results.
VP Internal Audit & Chief Audit Executive - On a periodic basis, the Senior Internal Auditor will meet with the Chief Audit Executive to discuss internal audit objectives, audit procedures and audit results.
RPM Corporate Officers - The Senior Internal Auditor may be asked to participate in meetings with RPM Corporate Officers including the Chief Financial, Accounting and/or Compliance Officers to provide an executive level summary of the activities of the Internal Audit Department.
Corporate Finance Department - Internal Audit is responsible for auditing the activities of the Corporate Finance Department, most important of which is the preparation of the Company's external financial statements.

Education/License/Certification/Experience Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience is preferred. Completion of a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in accounting is preferred.
Completion of a Bachelor's in accounting, finance or a related field is required. Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor, including the active pursuit of these certifications is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills Required for Position
Strong oral and written communication skills. Positive attitude & willingness to work and travel in small teams. Ability to communicate, learn, and be self-sufficient. Ability to understand and follow directions. Business office skills - ability to use a laptop computer including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; required.
