The role:
Manage a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated recovery claims, overseeing all procedural aspects from issue through to trial.
Draft pleadings and evaluate personal injury claims using JC guidelines and case law.
Assess claims for special damages and negotiate settlements effectively.
Prepare witness statements for court proceedings and conduct telephone advocacy.
Liaise professionally with solicitors, counsel, courts and clients.
Adhere to client SLA requirements in terms of reporting and updates.
Essential skills:
Minimum 1 year of RTA recovery litigation experience.
Detailed understanding of recoveries procedures and the ability to run the process with little supervision.
