JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Description: This position is responsible for performing real-time trouble shooting and repair along with general assembly and chemical plant improvements.
This position also has direct responsibilities for preventative maintenance as well as work and duties being compliant with the PSM standard.
Specific Requirements:
Works with Management, the Plant Superintendent and Production Supervisors, and technicians to schedule and conduct necessary repairs on a prioritized basis. Development and perpetuation of the prioritized maintenance schedule of repair, PM's, and new installation projects. Schedule outside contractor work, monitor their work status, complete the contractor checklists and verify cost estimates vs.
invoices. Conducts pipe work fabrication and welding. Completes maintenance and repairs on boilers, air compressors, chillers, cooling tower fans and circulation pumps, generators, as well as respective checklists. Repairs chemical hoses, reactors, tanks, lines and other miscellaneous plant equipment. Executes tasks and project responsibilities from maintenance meetings, daily updates, and compliance & PM scheduled activities does so with independent time management that may result in change of tasks planned for the workday. Provides on call and over-times support as needed in the evenings and other required times designated by management. Suggests improvements for safety and compliance.
Background Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED and 5 years' experience in maintenance field Minimum 5 years experience and demonstrated proficiency with fluid transfer pumps of hazardous chemicals, and other chemical manufacturing equipment Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs frequently and occasionally lift and move up to 75lbs

The Field Support Specialist works closely with the Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to support and increase the sales activity in the Sales Representative's region.
Maintains accounts through prospecting, closing, and providing solid market presence including serving customers.
Developing Business

Identifying and troubleshooting problems arising during installation and the lifecycle of the roof
May occasionally perform patch and repair work for small leaks that can be performed quickly after identifying the leak and other infrequent, limited physical labor.
May also perform minor maintenance (caulking, flashing touch up, applying small amounts of mastic, removing debris, etc.) to prevent potential leaks.
Other Work

Conducting diagnostic infra-red scans of roofs
Taking photographs
Preparing CADD drawings
Delivering or picking up samples, documents or small products from/to architects, owners and contractors.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or combination of education and experience.
Must have a minimum of two to three years of related hands-on experience and/or training in a similar role.
Prior sales and/or customer related experience in roofing industry required.Qualifications:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The General Services (GS) Field Estimator is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and comprehensive estimating services for patch-and-repair proposals within their assigned region.

Assemble and present estimates with precision, incorporating both numerical data and precise descriptive details. Maintain professional and timely communication with customers, Sales Representatives, field staff, and internal company personnel via email, phone, text, or in person. Assist in the training and development of Field Representatives and "Elevate" program candidates and graduates, in alignment with WTI Training Policy.
Training includes: Proper completion of services and related documentation. Safety training and documentation requirements. Certification and approval of Field Representatives, including OSHA Hazard Awareness and Toolbox Talks. Conduct Platinum Inspections, in conjunction with the Inspection Team, to prepare associated cost estimate proposals. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of WTI services and deliverables. Participate in all required calls, meetings, and organizational communications. Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by the Regional Business Manager (RBM) or GS Supervisor.

The 3rd Shift Certified Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of process and facility-related equipment.
Equipment inspection includes preventative maintenance (PM) and associated documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comply with all safety policies (especially Cardinal Rules - e.g., Hot Work, LOTO, and line breaking).
Partner with Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities Manager to support LEAN initiatives to eliminate unplanned production interruptions due to process equipment failure.
Implement the needed preventative measures, including optimization of the PM program.
Ensure reliable operation of facility support processes and utilities (i.e., HVAC, Air Compressors, Tow motors, Hot Oil Heaters, and chiller systems).
Diagnose/Troubleshoot, repair/replace, and maintain facility electrical systems (e.g.
programmable logic controllers, human machine interfaces, and lighting) and components (e.g.
sensors, switches, valves, PLCs, and control wiring), and mechanical systems (e.g.
product vessels/reactors, pumps) and components.
Investigate equipment/process failures and difficulties to diagnose and troubleshoot faulty operation.
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in arranging and coordinating contractors, safety permits, and tasks to support facility and process maintenance/repairs.
Serve, as needed, on process hazard analysis (PHA) teams/sessions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
One-year certificate from college or technical school.
Maintenance Mechanic Certificate or equivalent as deemed by the company.
Industrial Technology program graduate preferred.
Two to four years related experience and/or training.
Experience in LEAN manufacturing.
Military mechanical experience is a plus.
Experience in chemical/coating processing & production preferred.
Experience in dispensing operations preferred.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Journeyman cards in various disciplines are preferred.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, effective Team Player, self-motivated, quick learner.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.

Coordinates and supports information security efforts in server, virtualization and storage.

Disaster and Site Recovery

Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development to restore service and/or identify problems
Assist with other facets of IT operations and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
10+ years in engineering role for application hosting for global entities with $3B+ in annual revenue.
10+ years with MS Server and Virtualization platforms (VMWare & MS Hypervisor)
10+ years with mass storage units (HP Storage, IBM storage, etc.)
10+ years with ITIL processes and industry best practices for application hosting
5+ years with Azure IaaS and PaaS experience
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent education.
Excellent oral and written communication
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a timely fashion.
Ability to support cross-team collaboration to ensure your focus area integrates with the overall solutions.
Experience with IBM Power Systems and AS400 is a plus.
MCSE, Security, ITIL, and/or Azure certifications are a plus.
Salary: $145,000 - $170,000, bonus eligible
