General Purpose
The Preconstruction Manager leads the technical and commercial development of PACS projects prior to proposal issuance.
This role partners with sales, engineering, and estimating to ensure opportunities are feasible, technically sound, and aligned with Pure Air's restoration methodology.
The position serves as the internal gatekeeper for scope, budget, and risk-protecting client experience and national account integrity, particularly within healthcare and institutional programs.

Identifying and troubleshooting problems arising during installation and the lifecycle of the roof May occasionally perform patch and repair work for small leaks that can be performed quickly after identifying the leak and other infrequent, limited physical labor.
May also perform minor maintenance (caulking, flashing touch up, applying small amounts of mastic, removing debris, etc.) to prevent potential leaks.

Conducting diagnostic infra-red scans of roofs
Taking photographs
Preparing CADD drawings

The Production Supervisor effectively plans and coordinates all daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
This role is responsible for meeting or exceedingly daily, weekly, and monthly production requirements, ensuring quality, meeting on time delivery schedules and other customer needs while maintaining a safe environment for all employees.

Hold subordinate team members accountable through open feedback, honest counseling, and fair disciplinary practices.
Supervise safety standards, employee relations, conflict resolution, transparent communication, employee evaluation, scheduling, and training.
Monitor production schedules and personnel scheduling.
Optimize resources to meet production targets.
Analyze on-floor performance using production data.
Identify potential issues before they create down time or become a problem.
Monitor daily production performance in relation to established KPIs and communicate expectations to the team.
Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations and resolve issues.
Supervises routine preventive maintenance plan for all equipment is completed timely and correctly.
Develop efficient manufacturing processes and assist with documenting field installation criteria and standards.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

Minimum Qualifications • Demonstrated experience using an HRIS (Oracle ATS preferred) to manage recruitment workflows, candidate tracking, and reporting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum seven years of broad HR experience required.• Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
Employment Standards
• Demonstrated experience using an HRIS (Oracle ATS preferred) to manage recruitment workflows, candidate tracking, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Human Resources laws, current trends, and best practices.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Skilled in talking to others to convey information effectively.
• Proven ability to analyze complex situations and work toward timely and effective resolution.
• Strong competency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and database mining • Experience using social media for recruitment and employer branding initiatives • Ability to analyze complex data and develop clear and concise written reports and presentations.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to confidential issues.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with employees and managers.
• Ability to research and analyze situations/information to provide answers/recommendations.
