Are you an experienced Paralegal or Fee Earner with a passion for property law? Our client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm, is looking to expand their dynamic team by appointing talented individuals to support their busy property department.
As a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in managing the residential conveyancing process for our clients, primarily mortgage lenders, who have repossessed properties due to mortgage arrears or breaches.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of the residential conveyancing process, ensuring smooth transactions.
- Preparing memos of sale and auction packs.
- Reviewing residential titles and providing detailed reports.
- Drafting, reviewing, and issuing sales contracts and related documents.
- Communicating efficiently and professionally with clients, solicitors, and asset managers.
- Answering queries and providing regular updates to all parties involved.
- Handling the exchange of contracts and post-sale matters, including the distribution of surplus funds where applicable.
Ideally you will have prior experience in a residential conveyancing or paralegal role.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems are essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a sound understanding of the law and legal systems, and a professional, goal-oriented attitude with the ability to meet targets.
While not essential, a law degree or equivalent qualification would be advantageous, as would knowledge of CPR rules.
Experience within financial services or working in a legal environment, particularly for a top financial services organisation, is also desirable.

The Role of the Territory Manager
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share of the wound care portfolio, focusing on key products.
Your efforts will span both community and acute sectors, where you will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and a wide range of stakeholders both internally and across the NHS.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc).
This involves working with the Project Foreman, Superintendent, Construction Manager, and Sales Reps associated with the project, to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and manage self-perform crews via daily interaction and oversight of the crew foreman.
When subcontractors are necessary or present on the majority of self-perform projects, act as a liaison to the CM for boots-on-the-ground subcontractor oversight (as needed). Implement and understand project administration requirements. Create, update, and communicate project schedules and updates. Control expectations and challenges to keep the project on schedule and running efficiently. Ensure quality control and quality management of all scope items. Verify that all project work complies with contract documents. Be responsible for resolving project issues and problems, providing coordination between self-perform crews, subcontractors, Sales Reps, and owner operations, ensuring specifications are followed according to Tremco standards. Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes using available tools, including collaboration with the RBM. Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction. Aid in the takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed. Participate in coordination and collaboration with CG/CM, Sales Team, and Ops Management.
Provide QA and QC inspections and training at all levels of work to achieve the highest standards of Tremco/WTI roofing practices, ensuring the Tremco Sales team increases their market share of performed work to WTI.
These areas include: Field applications - existing and new materials, systems, applications, etc. Customer service Reporting compliance Communicate on a routine basis with the RBM regarding: Safety compliance results Project approvals, planning, and results Personnel and process management All issues that require collaboration or elevation of authority

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Building Sciences team will participate in different projects with various scopes of work.
The Field Engineer is responsible for the organization, research, and documentation of cross-departmental assignments supporting the continued growth and operations of Pure Air Control Services, a Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.
division.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the Building Sciences Project Manager with test and balance research, consultation, operations policy generation, and quality issues.
Adjust systems controls to settings recommended by the vendor, conduct measurement tests, and discuss system malfunctions with system users to isolate the problems.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
Coordinate with multi-disciplined teams, including sales personnel and field team, to develop a scope of work and estimate the cost of a project.
Organize material and complete reports according to pre-defined standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
Evaluate current processes and develop innovative approaches for improvement. Write and develop in-house training materials supporting the staff and franchise partners.
Contacts and communicates directly with all levels of company management, staff members, and clients.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Industry certificates are preferred but not required. Ability to obtain Engineer Intern certification preferred but not required. Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field (preferred) 3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, including Test and Balance or Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Working knowledge of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems. Familiarity with current building, energy, and mechanical codes and standards.
Understanding of Indoor Air Quality and how it affects the building occupants.
Understanding of HVAC design principles, including heating load, air change, and ventilation requirements, and applying different HVAC systems (Constant volume, VAV, 100% OA, ERV units, etc.). Understanding of HVAC engineering fundamentals, including load calculations, conceptual systems analysis through construction documentation design, equipment design and layout, and duct and pipe sizing.
Customer service oriented. Proficient computer skills and strong technical writing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Well organized and possess superior time management abilities to support several projects simultaneously. Self-motivated and self-directed while remaining a team player.
Ability to travel out of state up to 15% of the time.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $58,000 and $75,000.
