GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Engineering team supports projects with diverse scopes of work.
As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for organizing, researching, and documenting cross-departmental assignments that contribute to the growth and operational excellence of Pure Air Control Services, a division of Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
Coordinate with multi-disciplined teams, including sales personnel and field team, to develop a scope of work and estimate the cost of a project.
Organize material and complete reports according to pre-defined standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
Gather and analyze large amounts of technical data, drawings, and field notes to develop a clear understanding of building HVAC systems.
Translate incomplete or fragmented information into accurate system concepts, identifying key mechanical, electrical, and control components.
Evaluate project requirements, specifications, and system layouts to determine where company products and solutions can be effectively integrated.
Clearly explain technical observations and engineering assessments to project managers, sales teams, and operations staff in both verbal and written form.
Prepare concise reports highlighting system conditions, risks, and recommended actions, tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering field (preferred)
Ability to obtain Engineer Intern certification (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry, including design consulting, commissioning, or test and balance.
CxA (Certified Commissioning Authority) or CxT (Certified Commissioning Technician) certification preferred; candidates actively pursuing certification will also be considered.OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Working knowledge of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems.
Familiarity with current building, energy, and mechanical codes and standards.
Understanding of HVAC design principles, including heating load, air change, and ventilation requirements, and applying different HVAC systems (Constant volume, VAV, 100% OA, ERV units, etc.).
Understanding of HVAC engineering fundamentals, including load calculations, conceptual systems analysis through construction documentation design, equipment design and layout, and duct and pipe sizing.
Customer service oriented.
Proficient computer skills and strong technical writing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Well organized and possess superior time management abilities to support several projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and self-directed while remaining a team player.
Ability to travel out of state up to 50% of the time.
This role offers the opportunity to expand into project management responsibilities, with Field Engineers eventually overseeing small projects and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $58,000 and $75,000.

The Field Support Specialist works closely with the Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to support and increase the sales activity in the Sales Representative's region.
Maintains accounts through prospecting, closing, and providing solid market presence including serving customers. Developing Business Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials Inspection and evaluation of the property Preparing roof drawings and sketches Preparing scope of work documents Preparing proposals Attending sales calls Pricing patch and repair jobs Providing technical expertise Attending meetings with the architect, contractor and/or owner
Managing Accounts
Identifying, analyzing, resolving problems Preparing reports to owners regarding the condition of roofs. Project site visits to monitor installation of Tremco roofing products Identification of any aspect of installation that does not comply with specifications Review and resolve concerns of architects, contractors and owners regarding Tremco's installation instructions Coordinating visits with contractors Preparing reports on progress and problems for the Sales Representative. QA/ QA+ inspections Tremcare Gold Service (periodic visual inspection with minor repairs being addressed where detected on Tremco warranted roofs only). Identifying and troubleshooting problems arising during installation and the lifecycle of the roof
May occasionally perform patch and repair work for small leaks that can be performed quickly after identifying the leak and other infrequent, limited physical labor.
May also perform minor maintenance (caulking, flashing touch up, applying small amounts of mastic, removing debris, etc.) to prevent potential leaks.

Education and/or Experience:

Operates industrial blenders in accordance with established production schedules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or products per quality standards.

Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.

Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.

Meets and/or exceeds production goals and guidelines for daily/weekly production runs.

They are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Administrator & Customer Service Agent to join their team in Paddock Wood.

Position Overview
In this role, you will be based on the shop floor and will be the first point of contact for customers.
You will ensure a smooth experience by handling enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Your work directly supports the company's commitment to providing an excellent service for its clients.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all customers.
- Resolve customer enquiries by email, phone, and chat.
- Provide accurate information on orders and shipping.
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve customer concerns.
- Document all customer interactions and update records.
- Complete stock investigations to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate warehouse errors and suggest corrective actions.
Requirements
- A proactive and positive, can-do attitude.
- A strong customer-first approach to your work.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A reliable and consistent work ethic.

Are you an organised, proactive individual looking to play a key role in a dynamic service environment? We are seeking an Operations & Service Coordinator to join a small supportive team and support a wide range of business-critical activities in Banbury.
The role is full time and permanent based onsite with a salary of between £28,000 and £38,000 DOE.
You'll be working for a highly successful family owned business who work within the air conditioning and electrical sector.
Key Responsibilities for the Operations & Service Coordinator:
Maintain and manage our Joblogic system, including:
Logging quotes and jobs
Converting quotes to jobs and allocating them
Updating job statuses and references as work progresses
Monitoring upcoming service due dates
Maintain and update the WIP (Work in Progress) sheet, including job lists, holidays, and more
Generate, compile, and send service reports from Joblogic customer management software
Handle invoicing, particularly for smaller call-outs and services
Monitor and update vehicle information on Fleet Smart
Oversee inbox and phone communications (including junk folder), responding to direct customer requests where possible
Track employee training requirements and update the training matrix
Support as needed with:
On-site quoting (primarily domestic installations)
Tablet maintenance
Office-based quoting and base quote sheet preparation
Lighting and A/C designs
RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements)
Material ordering
Month-end CIS submissions to subcontractors
Delivery and unit sorting
Prepping materials for jobs
Any other tasks as requested by management
Key Skills Preferred for the Operations & Service Coordinator:
Sage 50 accounts
AutoCAD
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Experience with job management systems (Joblogic preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting
Willingness to adapt and take on varied responsibilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office
