You must be MRICS qualified and have at least six years or more PQE.
You will have some experience of mentoring and supporting junior building surveyors and helping them towards achieving chartered status.
You should be able to manage and grow key client accounts, do bids, prepare fee proposals.
You need broad based building surveying experience to include:-
