What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types:Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

Position: Utility Technician Position Summary: Responsible for production and compliance assigned duties.
This includes but is not limited to batch and process manufacturing, compliance responsibilities, inventory control, bulk material handling, and packaging. Specific Requirements: 1.
Works with Production Supervisors, Process Technicians, other Utility, and the Corporate Compliance Manager in the safe handling of the equipment and chemical intermediates in both storage and use in production. 2.
Understand and demonstrate compliance with HMIS, SDS's, HAZCOM, General Safety, HAZWASTE, LO/TO, PSM, PPE protocol, and proper housekeeping. 3.
Management of Waste Water including: monitor and reporting of tank volumes, compliant and effective loading of the outbound water trailers, sampling tanks and trailers, neutralization when necessary, and weight tickets for outbound trailers. 4.
Management of Storm Water including: Monitor and reporting of storm water in containment areas and reporting to Corporate Compliance Manager, Sampling Storm Water and logging samples into laboratory, compliant and effective discharge of the Storm Water, and completing the cycle of required documentation including the Storm Water checklist back to Corporate Compliance Manager. 5.
Housekeeping Specific assigned areas and duties. 6.
Maintain hazardous waste satellite and accumulations areas such that they are compliant with all regulations, including monitoring containment pallets and emptying via proper disposal when necessary as well as respective Satellite and Accumulation Area checklists for compliance. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees
Job Requirements:

The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for creating drawings to be incorporated with Business Operations services.
Performs daily production activities as needed to process inspection forms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze data entered into roofing software by the production department or field tech reps. Revise data per acceptable roofing practice, Tremco standards, and rules of grammar. Create individual drawings for each building as well as site plans when provided. Upon completion of projects notify the sales rep and building owner, the data is available online for them to view. Create drawing packages for special projects such as bid packages. Make necessary revisions to drawings. Prioritize all work by due dates. Perform other duties as assigned. Provide a summary report weekly on discrepancies and progress on large projects.
(Summary report due every Friday by 3 p.m.) Perform job functions per ISO Standards Fill out the job tracking form found on the front of each folder (traditional jobs). Fill out a drawing sheet for each project (traditional jobs). Fill out weekly timesheets (traditional jobs). Learn electronic workflow tools.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proficient in use of AutoCAD, Visual CAD Roof CAD. High School Diploma or the equivalent in education and experience required. Computer skills (All versions of AutoCAD, Visual CAD, Microsoft Office software, Bing Maps, and Google Earth - Aerial Imagine Programs). Ability to follow timelines and department standards. The Field Support Specialist works closely with the Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to support and increase the sales activity in the Sales Representative's region.
Maintains accounts through prospecting, closing, and providing solid market presence including serving customers. Developing Business Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials Inspection and evaluation of the property Preparing roof drawings and sketches Preparing scope of work documents Preparing proposals Attending sales calls Pricing patch and repair jobs Providing technical expertise Attending meetings with the architect, contractor and/or owner
Managing Accounts
Identifying, analyzing, resolving problems Preparing reports to owners regarding the condition of roofs. Project site visits to monitor installation of Tremco roofing products Identification of any aspect of installation that does not comply with specifications Review and resolve concerns of architects, contractors and owners regarding Tremco's installation instructions Coordinating visits with contractors Preparing reports on progress and problems for the Sales Representative. QA/ QA+ inspections Tremcare Gold Service (periodic visual inspection with minor repairs being addressed where detected on Tremco warranted roofs only). Identifying and troubleshooting problems arising during installation and the lifecycle of the roof
May occasionally perform patch and repair work for small leaks that can be performed quickly after identifying the leak and other infrequent, limited physical labor.
May also perform minor maintenance (caulking, flashing touch up, applying small amounts of mastic, removing debris, etc.) to prevent potential leaks.
Other Work
This work may include but is not limited to:
Conducting diagnostic infra-red scans of roofs Taking photographs Preparing CADD drawings Delivering or picking up samples, documents or small products from/to architects, owners and contractors.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or combination of education and experience. Must have a minimum of two to three years of related hands-on experience and/or training in a similar role. Prior sales and/or customer related experience in roofing industry required. Qualifications: Thorough understanding and application of roofing and waterproofing contracting standards. Experience with MS Word, Excel and familiarity with CADD Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business and technical information, e.g.
professional journals and periodicals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to draft reports, business correspondence and similar documents. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, contractors, and architects. Ability to communicate business and technical information (e.g.
information relating to status of projects, remediation plans, and customer concerns) to Sales Representative.
