GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Prevailing Wage Administratoris primarily responsible for: Responsible for supervising and coordination all General Services project administration staff and GC Supervisor.
Will oversee all facets of the WTI General Services product lines.
Will be direct back up for GC Supervisor and assist with training and other special projects.
Oversee performance metrics and administration based reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Apply your understanding of prevailing wage laws to obtain and maintain compliance.
Conduct and Participate in project reviews.
Coordinate and track all prevailing wage projects.
Monitor fringe benefit values.
Perform a variety of administrative/clerical tasks related to prevailing wages, gather, compile, track, and report on information relevant to project assignments from multiple sources.
Compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, presentations, and data entry related to prevailing wage.
Ensure timely and accurate processing, recording, and reporting of company's certified payroll in various states including California, Washington, and Illinois.
Work with LCP Tracker or other software to complete certified payroll and other prevailing wage required documents.
Conduct reviews of sub-contractor's Certified Payroll Registers and compliance documentation.
Ensure accurate processing, recording, and reporting of Certified Payroll Records (CPR).
Monitor and resolve any labor compliance violations.
Maintaining compliance spreadsheets.
Review and approve fringe benefit packages and fringe benefit statements.
Ensure Apprentice ratios are enforced.
Independently monitors contracts to ensure compliance, verifies that contractors have met contract wages and provided required reports and documentation, reviews and resolves differences in areas of non-compliance, and addresses other concerns, as necessary.
Serves as a liaison to the legal and compliance teams in cases of contract or other agency audits and researches, compiles, and provides agency data, files, documents, and records.
Ensure that the regular and prevailing wage/certified payroll is processed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner. Ensure the government agency rules and reporting deadlines are met and adhered to consistently.
Calculate and process timecards and corrections, including calculating overtime, deductions, per diems, subsistence, fringe benefits etc.
in accordance with company policies and State, Federal and Union laws.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
EXPERIENCE:
Two to four years related experience and/or training

Job Purpose

Principal Accountabilities

Function as a liaison between vendors and employees and advises employees on eligibility, coverage and other benefits matters, including monthly insurance reports and audits. Coordinate annual Open Enrollment. Maintain and assist with all employee compliance trainings and Oracle records management. Champion the Employee Self Service (ESS) through Oracle managing the information entry process and ensuring that all new employees are enrolled in the system. Coordinate all Cooperative Education and Intern candidates. Manage the Employee Service Award Program. Analyze processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration preferred.

Benefits and Compensation
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $55,000.

Manage margin, revenue growth and account targeting in alignment with Tremco and National Accounts program goals.
Manage, mentor, lead team members aligned to the National Accounts program to ensure program goals are obtained.
Key Activities:
Customer meetings, presentations, and Healthcare events with Tremco / WTI / Grainger National Account team members. Develop programs, scopes-of-work, pricing, and contract negotiation for national projects within the Healthcare systems.
Lead weekly / bi-weekly cadence calls with National Account customers and aligned National Account support teams to ensure all internal/external stakeholders are up to date on the status of the program. Account conflict resolution with corporate contacts and field sales as needed.

Provide coaching to Tremco reps and Tremco corporate account representatives assigned to manage / develop National Account opportunities (communication, messaging, presentation preparation, pricing, best Healthcare practices, contract negotiations, proposal submission, etc.). 5 to 10-year capital plans) that leverage cost avoidance opportunities by prioritizing proactive maintenance, repair, and restoration over replacement.
Accountability:
Meet and exceed annual sales targets / plans based on Healthcare program goals. Add and develop new accounts within the Healthcare National Accounts portfolio. Develop and facilitate senior level relationships at strategic accounts to leverage incremental sales growth. Ability to support international team and coordinate projects remotely (U.S., Canada, International). Provide monthly / quarterly reports on Healthcare National Account activity.
Assist in managing opportunities and reporting within Tremco's CRM systems. Provide monthly status updates regarding Healthcare National Account activities, as part of the National Accounts intake process. Provide monthly updates as part of the National Accounts MPGT communication.
Other Requirements:
Travel to National Account locations as needed based on priority business development. Actively participate in various tradeshows and Healthcare industry networking events, GPO, Grainger, AHSE. The EHS Manager is responsible for providing leadership for the EHS staff to implement EHS standards & procedures, provide expert technical assistance on EHS issues and will partner with functional leadership on compliance, project management, environmental compliance, reporting matters and related EHS management issues for all Legend Brands facilities.

Develops health, safety, and environmental procedures for all areas of the company.
Investigates any safety incidents, provide root cause analysis, and set plans to address improvement opportunities.
Works with various contractors/vendors as needed. Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
Monitors compliance with safety procedures.
Drafts inspection reports to document inspection findings.
Maintains records of discharge of, or employee exposure to, hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required.
Completes all required OSHA forms and postings. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, certification and/or licensure required.
An equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the essential duties and meet the necessary employment standards may be considered. Bachelor's degree required in field related to Environmental, Health, and/or Safety.
Minimum 5 years' management level experience required, ideally in manufacturing environment. Certification in one or more of the following is required: Certified Safety Professional Certifies Hazardous Materials Manager Certified CPR/First Aid Trainer OSHA 30-Hour OSHA Course Preferred certifications: HAZWOPER 24-Hour Training Root Cause Analysis Training Demonstrated ability to work efficiently/independently with minimal supervision. Today, that discovery is Rust-Oleum Corporation. As our Machine Operator, you will help Rust-Oleum deliver our product on time by operating, setting up, adjusting, performing QC checks and managing changeover on the line.

Every day you will troubleshoot machines and unforeseen challenges working alongside a fast-paced team you can rely on.
To thrive you must have a high school diploma or GED and experience working high-speed equipment as a Machine Operator in a filling or packaging environment. Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following: Change over equipment, adjust equipment, or otherwise adjust machines to improve equipment performance and quality. Inspect and examine products for quality, packaging accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects.
Set and adjust speed, temperature, product flow, and positions and tolerances of equipment.
Examine job orders to determine details such as quantities to be filled, production times, stock specifications, BOM's, and SKU sequences.
Monitor filling equipment to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary.
Operate equipment at most efficient speed to ensure proper quality and output.
Responsibility for the equipment performance, efficient changeovers, operation, and preventative maintenance.

Ability to coordinate the work of others. Ability to solve problems in a team environment. Ability to lift 75 pounds
