JOB PURPOSE:
As a National Account Executive, you will be responsible for sales management of Rust-Oleum Branded products within selected categories to Lowe's.
This position will be based in our Mooresville, NC office.
Leverage your expertise in the home improvement business and work independently and effectively to grow our business.
Maintain strong relationships with all levels and functions within Lowe's and Rust-Oleum to assure category growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Objectively assess each sales opportunity, anticipate the competition, develop and execute a winning strategy that is highly focused on maintaining and growing sales dollars and profit. Build high levels of customer knowledge and grow support for all Rust-Oleum Brands by building deep an understanding of Lowe's, developing relationships throughout their organization, and collaborating with their key executives, staff, and field reps to develop and manage programs that increase our market share and sales revenue across all brand platforms. Become a resource and advocate for Lowe's to grow our relationship and overall business by acting as the central conduit to link all the necessary departments and people internally and externally. Manage the efficient and effective use of all advertising, promotional, and marketing program budgets by negotiating agreements that are in the best interests of the company and planning detailed program and promotional plans with all customers. Prepares and delivers customer specific sales presentations, product demonstrations and develop a working relationship with decision makers.
REQUIREMENTS:
5 years sales and account management experience working with big box retail Proven successful sales history Thorough understanding of POS data systems Possess thorough knowledge and understanding of the big box selling environments Strong analytical skills Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships. Excellent presentation, computer, and communication skills Self starter able to manage own time, schedule, and sales quota as well as the ability to multitask. Possess a valid driver's license and able to maintain a motor vehicle record within acceptable limits as prescribed by Rust-Oleum. Availability to work and travel as necessary.

The Senior Payroll Officer will assist and lead in some instances in end to end processes of the Council's payroll operations, ensuring that each stage of the payroll process is carried out efficiently, whilst complying with statutory regulations and council's policy.
Main Responsibilities
Support the Payroll compliance officer in running the payroll - ensuring the delivery of a high quality, responsive and efficient payroll service.
Reconcile all payroll payments to the general ledger and suggest adjustments to control accounts as appropriate - calculate and verify all statutory payment calculations and identify system anomalies in calculations and reporting where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
Produce accurate 2D & 3D CAD drawings for construction, and industrial projects.
Generate profile drawings for CNC cutting.
Create detailed workshop manufacturing drawings.
Develop concept drawings for tenders and client presentations.

Commercial Catering Engineer
Salary: £40,000pa basic
30 Days Holiday / On Call 1 in 6 (weekends only) / Personal use of van / Birthday Off
We are a large national commercial catering and laundry service and maintenance provider working predominantly in the care sector.
As a Commercial Catering and Laundry Engineer, your key responsibilities will include service, maintenance, repair and fault finding of gas and electric kitchen and laundry equipment.
This role is field based and will require you to be customer facing as well as meeting clients.
Previous Experience Required
COMCAT 1,3,5
Commercial ACS Gas Laundry Qualifications: CLE1 / CCLNG1 / CONGLP1PD / COCCLNG1
LPG (would be an advantage)
Relevant electrical experience (18th edition electrics, HNC, NVQ, City and Guilds in electrics would be an advantage)
Full Driver's Licence
Package Overview
Competitive basic salary between £40,000 pa depending on experience / location.
42.5 hour working week
Door to door pay
22 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
Increasing with length of service)

£250 Tool allowance per annum

On call rota 1 in 6 (weekends only)
£100 standby allowance (£50 if not called out)
Paid at 1.5 x
