Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, serving as the primary point of contact and delivering timely communication and feedback. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and sales talent acquisition, and recommend process improvements as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high volume recruitment within an applicant tracking system. Proven track record of success in sourcing talent. Strong understanding of manufacturing roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
