We are looking for an Assembly Fitter in Doncaster to join one of the UK's leading specialist vehicle conversion businesses, renowned for delivering high-quality fleet and commercial vehicle solutions for blue-chip customers across the UK.
This is an excellent assembly fitter opportunity to join a growing manufacturer where you'll play a key role in building and converting light commercial vehicles to the highest standards.
Working in a modern workshop, you'll install a wide range of bespoke equipment and vehicle conversions while receiving ongoing training and excellent employee benefits.
As an Assembly Fitter, your responsibilities will include:
Assembling and fitting components to light commercial vehicles.
Installing ply lining kits, flooring systems and false floors.
Fitting roof racks, internal racking and bespoke storage solutions.
Installing seating and specialist vehicle equipment.
Measuring, marking out, drilling and preparing components for installation.
Cutting aluminium and other materials using workshop equipment.
Working from engineering drawings and build specifications to complete assembly fitter duties
What We're Looking For in The Assembly Fitter
Experience in assembly, vehicle fitting, coachbuilding, mechanical fitting or a similar manufacturing environment.
Confident using hand and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Own basic hand tools

Key Responsibilities:
