JOB DESCRIPTION
Tasks PROFILE: Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following: Monitor machinery used in the production process and assist machine operators. Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards, BOM, and test. Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using non-motorized equipment. Stop machines when malfunctions occur, clear jams, and report unresolved malfunctions to a machine operator, lead, maintenance, and then management. Secure finished packaged items by gluing, stapling, wrapping, taping, or attaching fastener. Mark or tag identification on parts. Load and unload materials, product, or packaging from machines, containers, conveyors, and conveyances. Help team members by performing duties of lesser skill, such as supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work areas and equipment. Perform TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) per requirements.
May require recording information such as weight, count, time, scrap and date packaged. Stock and sort product for packaging or filling machine operation, and replenish packaging supplies, such as wrapping paper, plastic sheet, boxes, cartons, glue, ink, or labels to ensure all shifts requirements are met. Perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities/Expectations: Communicate with Supervisors, peers, or subordinates: provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form or in person. Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality. Learn all manual tasks performed within the department. Perform tasks assigned using specific operating procedures and following department specific quality control processes and procedures. Treat people with dignity and respect. Evaluating Information to Determine Compliance with Standards - Using relevant information and individual judgement to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards. Start and stop operation of machines, using levers or buttons. Record operational data on specified forms. Start pumps to mix solutions and fill tanks. Operate auxiliary machines or equipment used in coating or painting processes.

Automotive Aftermarket - Full Training Provided
Location: Ideally based in South Wales, including Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Llandudno, Shrewsbury
Salary: £25K basic (OTE £38K) +Bonus + Company Car + 24 days Leave (inc BH 32 days total) + Pension + Benefits + Hours: Monday to Friday (NO Weekends)

The Role
As a Trainee Field Sales Representative, you will represent a respected brand, visiting customers and supporting them with expert advice.
Full training is provided, so you'll be fully supported as you develop into a confident sales professional.
What You'll Be Doing:
Visiting bodyshops, garages, and repair centres across your region
Demonstrating cutting-edge refinishing, paint, and repair products
Talking to technicians, bodyshop managers, and paint pros
Promoting new lines and helping customers find the best solutions
Building long-term relationships with fellow car enthusiasts
Who We're Looking For:
Someone with a strong interest in cars, car bodywork, or accident repair
Ideally hands-on - maybe from a bodyshop or mechanical background
Confident communicator who enjoys talking to people
Sales experience is great, but not essential - we'll train you!
Full UK driving licence is essential
