Essential:
Minimum 2-3 years consistent experience within a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Reliable attendance and the ability to work the rotating shift pattern.
Desirable:
Mechanical or electrical assembly experience.
Experience working to technical drawings or detailed work instructions.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.
