Operating forklifts, Raymond trucks, and comparable equipment. Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates. Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications. Operating departmental computers within an order-processing function. Actively participating in Quality Improvement Process. Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements as well as to ensure equipment reliability. Work with filling line operators to efficiently change over line equipment for different label, container, and packaging sizes. Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) on the filling lines by Pareto analysis of OEE data and implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools to reduce downtime. Maintain all operating equipment in satisfactory condition.
Schedule needed repairs to have minimum interference with operations.
Troubleshoot/repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner. Comply with company safety rules and procedures.
Complete daily and shift clean up tasks. Communicate results/ concerns/ issues with supervisor and co-workers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our client portfolio aligning their vision and aspirations to deliver tailored parking solutions that enhance the customer experience.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and implement new opportunities to support and improve the customer parking journey across both sectors, including cutting edge parking systems to meet evolving customer needs.
- Source, negotiate and manage all third-party concession agreements to expand our parking offerings, add value and increase revenue potential.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with third-party suppliers to enhance operational capabilities and support the smooth running of parking services.
- Resolve all operational and commercial problems within the scope of the contract and prepare responses within established timeframes to service complaints and contractual issues raised.
Generate client reports that provide actionable insights, helping clients understand metrics and key areas for improvement.
- Develop, present, and manage contract budgets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create innovative proposals, demonstrating value and aligning with our clients objectives.
- Collaborate with IT to maintain a reliable registration platform, promptly reporting issues to ensure smooth operations.

2+ years Account Management, ideally within a parking or customer focused, SLA/KPI driven environment.
Proven track record in leading teams, inspiring performance and driving continuous improvement in a client service setting.
A self starter with a knack for developing creative solutions and proactively seeking new ways to exceed client expectations.
Ability to use data to inform strategy, generate insights and deliver compelling client reports and proposals.
Skilled in negotiation and managing third party agreements to align with both client and business objectives.
