About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a lady in her home following a hypoxic brain injury.
You will provide 2:1 support with personal care, mobility, meal preparation, feeding, medication, and community access, as well as supporting physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, gym sessions, and other rehabilitation activities.
The ideal candidate will be patient, friendly, and person-centred, with excellent communication and listening skills to support her speech difficulties.
You will work closely with her family and multidisciplinary team to promote her independence, dignity, safety, and well-being.

Shift Pattern
The role involves long shifts and flexibility is essential:
Weekdays: 7:30am - 10:30pm

Sleep-ins: approximately 1-2 per week
Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays is required.
