Services range from advocacy, civil remedies, support in court, individual and group support and access to a range of therapeutic interventions.
All services are client and needs-led. The team: Our women's justice services support women in the criminal justice system, women who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, and women who may struggle with mental health issues or drugs and alcohol.

The aim is to address need and multiple disadvantages at the earliest opportunity, in order to reduce reoffending and break the cycle of inter-generational offending. The Role: We have an exciting opportunity available within our new Youth Justice Services.
This role requires the successful candidate to work within a dynamic team to meet the needs of youth females and are known to either the Youth Offending Service or West Midlands Police.
The project acknowledges the importance of multi-agency working to deliver trauma-informed, safe, and rehabilitative interventions in order to deter youths from offending.
In addition, the support will assist youth in developing key skills to be an active member of society and establish motivation for a prosperous future.
The successful candidate will be based between our head office in West Bromwich and will be required to travel to other sites across the region, such as schools, in order to support our partner agencies and deliver interventions.
