You will be fabricating, repairing, and modifying plant equipment, pipework, steel structures and process support systems, always working to strict standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities of Welder Fabricator:
Fabricate, assemble, and weld components, structures and pipework from drawings/specifications using TIG or equivalent welding methods.
Perform planned maintenance, modifications and reactive repairs on plant equipment, steel fabrications, vessels, pipe spools etc.
Read and interpret engineering/technical drawings, weld symbols and ensure work meets required tolerances and standards.
Maintain safety, quality, environmental, and SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) standards at all times.
Document all welding/fabrication tasks, ensure inspections are carried out, and follow required procedures and test plans either under supervision or independently.
Support site shutdowns or modifications when required, working with maintenance and engineering teams to deliver to schedule.
Essential Skills & Experience required from Welder Fabricator:
Proven experience in welding (TIG) /fabrication in an industrial or process environment (chemical or allied industry preferred)
Recognised Welding Qualifications
Good mechanical understanding of steel, pipework, vessels and structural fabrications or piping systems

Proficient with PLCs, DCS (Siemens, Mitsubishi HMI/SCADA), PC, and internet; strong knowledge of instrumentation hardware, especially pH/Redox.
Experienced in electrical installation systems (power, control, cable sizing/specification) and process industry instrumentation.
